Title: 100 Days (ish)
Post by: Set It Up on November 18, 2015, 01:49:28 PM
havent lost a pound lolol what a fuckin disaster

maybe if I had a coach or trainer giving me timely routines  ::) ::) ::)

heres kind of an interesting subnote: A couple years ago or 3 knooger and I had a weight loss thing. We both followed What Adonis told us to do. We both started at 275ish. I got down to 251 I remember and I barely did any cardio. Now I eat paleo and do lots of cardio and stay the same.

HOWEVER- my brain seems a lot more balanced eating paleo and doing cardio than it was the Adonis way.

think I'll just go back to scratching my ass and eating cake

Iknow it sounds ridiculous but how I am in real life is ultra different than on the boards.
Im super super calm and relaxed in real life eating like this and exercising.
I used to get angry over anything and always be fidgety,...now,...pretty fucking calm

what I type on here is mostly stupidity, but I just cant be serious on here. Its too boring

Don't give up too soon. Almost no one is able to withstand a paleo diet. A diet can only be successful on the long run when it's not too demanding, so stick to foods that are tasty as healthy.

I'm around your height and weight. You're 6"1 and 275 right? I'm just shy of 6"1 and 260 pounds. I was nearly 280 in august. I eat like shit but lost some weight in august and september by jogging and haven't regained it. Yet.

You look so much better than me though. I'm a fatass, you look fit and strong so keep up the good work. It's not easy to lose weight when you have to take medicine that works against you.

Sounds like a case of "Tom Princeism" to me, according to wikipedia...

"...the person suffering from this dire condition can't shake of a certain level of, swoliosis induced, bodyweight no matter how hard he doesn't try."

Verdict: You won't recover.

You could do it with the Paleo approach, but I think it would be pretty miserable and limiting.  It really just comes down to whatever you are happiest with.  The Paleo thing will fade in time.  Its not even based on any rational science at all. LOL.

Humans have always been opportunists and sought out the easiest sources of food, which certainly was not meat based.  Early human diet was mostly roots, whatever they could find on the ground, insects and shell fish/mollusks.

This Paleo shit was created by the Crossfit morons who think running around in the mud somehow equates to fighting ISIS in Syria.  Fucking carrying around American flags and shit.  I hate them.

It's a nice country though a bit too in love with itself sometimes. From what I understand there's some similarities between Norway and Canada, like the climate, and some political and cultural similarities. Seems like many Canadian people are pretty laidback and friendly. I've never been to Canada, just see the people portrayed that way.

You should stop by Norway when you go on tour.

the thing is with the paleo my brain, thoughts etc are definitely markedly better. Thats a good tradeoff in my life

Eat one day on, one day off. 4000 to 5000 calories on days you eat. Train one day on one day off. Eat on days you train. Eat whatever food you want. Anti-depressants fuck with the 24 hour cycle. Can be fixed using a 48 hour cycle...Or so I read.
