I received an email from bb.com with this article. I cannot believe anyone would believe this bullshit.
Here are some highlights if you don't care to click on the link.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/gain-an-inch-on-your-arms-in-under-24-hours
Put a hurtin' on your arms with this insane routine that can add an inch to your pipes in under 24 hours. Do you have what it takes to survive this Armageddon workout?
They tell me it's utterly impossible and I'm full of shit. And those are the comments fit to print.
The concept of adding up to an inch on your arms in a single day sounds like a myth as big as Moby Dick. However, although there's no scientific literature backing up the protocol, I've personally helped hardcore lifters looking for a challenge use this method to annihilate the status quo on arm day.
Conventional methods yield conventional results. The question is, are you willing to try the unconventional? And even if you're willing to try it, do you think you have what it takes to survive?
This workout routine is so intense it will literally force your arms to grow in a single day

Be forewarned: To get results like these, you'll have to cram a month's worth of arm work into one outrageously grueling day.
Your journey to bigger arms starts a week before Armageddon. Overcompensating on nutrients and rest are the best ways to set your body up for growth. For a full seven days before you try this workout, you're going to up your caloric intake by roughly 33 percent.
For some people who eat clean, this may not be too difficult; for others already taking in an abundance of calories, this can be more challenging. Increasing your food intake by a third may seem like you're at the dinner table 24/7.

It works for who (I mean what level of trainer, or is it all inclusive working for beginners and Mr. Olympia competitors)?
How often can you do said workout and achieve the results , once a month, once a year or once in your life?
How long do the results last?
Not flaming you brought just curious as I seem to remember an old issue of flex promising the same results.

This program has been around a long time.
The original publisher of IronMan magazine put this out in the 1950s (gain up to 1/2" in a day....... With emphasis on the words, "up to").
Basically, it's taking 3-4 days off training while eating high calories and protein. The next day you train for 8-9 hours doing 3 antagonistic supersets for biceps and triceps on the top and bottom of the hour. Every three hours during that session you either eat a solid meal or down a protein shake. When you're done for the day, you rest another 2-3 days. Then you measure your arm.
MuscleTech resurrected this program in the early 2000s, with specific times regarding when to eat, train, and (of course) guzzle Cell-Tech and Nitro-Tech.

About as believable as a "gain an inch on your cock by tugging on it all day!" Program.

Inflammation.
This.
When I was a kid I used to get allergy shots. My triceps looked huge afterwards. They were inflamed for a few hours (allergic reaction). The next day, my arms were back to normal.

MD put it out in the 1960's as well.

Isn't that what he's doing? An inch in a day.... ::)
-

I did. Put a quarter-inch on my arms and kept it for a few months, until I got sick.
A dude named "Peaking at 45" told how he did it, resulting in 3/8". If I can find his old post, I'll put it here.
