LOL

Why didn't they include a pic of the dude the story was about? So ridiculous. The article was about how much money it cost and the time involved....

when you're on steroids, do you stil have to eat 5000 calories to get results?

I have heard 5000 calories a day thrown in the gym all the time that THAT'S the way to fuel the muscle.... I can't fucking eat 5000 calories a day even if I did smoothies out of all my food. Everyone's telling me that force feeding/puking is the only way.

after a while you get used to it

you can permanently (or at least long-term) alter your sense of satiety with enough force feeding

depends on how big you are. I think steroids make your body use food more efficiently. I ate the same or slightly less than before and still gained 20 pounds of lean muscle over a few months.

god damn so I have to eat 5000 calories... fucking hate life..

cashew nuts consist about 600 calories in 100g... if I took 80% of daily calroeis from dem nuts, is it as good as eating everything I can't afford?

eat very low fat and you can pack it in... carbs give very little sense of fullness (at least for me)

5000 cals of grains is easy

but i dont know what you're hoping to accomplish?  eating tons to build muscle as a natural = lol

Still has to be better than eating 2500 calories a day. Even tho you may have a point, but _aj_ is also on gear

According to dellusional bodybuilding self denial, yes

In the real world, HELL no :D

Even on TRT, a grandpa can have higher test levels than a twenty year old, and even some normal/healthy 20 year olds have relatively low test levels compared to some other healthy 20 year olds, so...

I have no ridiculous desire to be "natty", I have a desire to be the best that I can be, physically and mentally. I take vitamin supplements to augment my body's store of minerals. I do the same with my body's store of testosterone.

There is no best, though, really.

You can only say "yes" to some things, "no" to others

I laugh at the bodybuilders I used to look up to.  In a few years, I'll probably be laughing at the endurance "athletes" (::) oh brother) I try to emulate now.

devilsmile, iirc you're lean with good muscle shape, great cardio, etc.

what more do you really want?

The testosterone syringes you inject in you actually work, and they will make your hormone levels above anyone who's natural store of test is full, mind you. Plus you can't get them without doctors prescription. And I can't get them other than illegally. Supplements never work.

So while it's all good, don't claim natty then. Hell no are you a natty, LOL! Look at your fucking body, no natural ever looked like that. Well, maybe one or two exceptions, but every test user does have those thick muscles.

Fair enough. Said another way, I choose to maximize my potential inside the acceptable risk parameters of good health.

Depends how big you are or want to be, at my biggest I ate 5000 a day fairly easily , even more on weekends, I did have a strenuous manual job at the time tho

Genetics are everything. This guy was genetically predisposed to be an estrogenic chubby loser from birth. a 115 lb bench to 150 lol. I could do this when I was 16.

Force feeding does work it seems. these former sumo wrestlers in this clip don't exactly seem like genetically gifted for that shit, or maybe looks can be deceiving.

What an absolute worthless useless sack of utter shit, looks like your run of the mill estrogen soaked pathetic turd who hasn't done one singe bit of physical activity his whole life and hides behind his wife if bother is kicking off in his local pub and has to call out a plumber if his siting room radiator needs bleeding, would fucking love to punch his face in.

I'm lost here.

Is the thought that the non steroid using guy was able to consume 5000 calories a day?

It might be possible for The Rock but given his work schedule eating that often  , and the subsequent bathroom breaks required, seems preposterous.

Quote
The exercise routine burns about 3,550 calories every day.

No, no it doesn't.

seriously...... 5000 calories a day from SOLID foods... :D

I hit 3600 in solid food without even trying,  and thats adding mushrooms green beans peppers etc to bulk the meals out even more.

No fast food, desserts, fizzy drinks, just whole sources of carbs and protein cooked from fresh

I could eat 5000 easily and comfortably

whether zack eats 4500 or even tracks it all (which i doubt) is irrelevant,  if you're not putting weight on then YOU need to.

How much body fat do you carry?

Weighing 205lbs, got measured 10% a few days ago, was 8% when i finished dieting (i have never dieted on gear), actively putting on weight now after a 5 month hiatus off everything and eating maintenence, 5 weeks ish back on.

If my weight hasnt changed by week 8 and i switch compounds to a straight wet stack i'm probably gonna up it to 4000kcal

Plan is to hit 220-230 without going over 15% over the course of the next year or so, will diet down with hormones if necessary in between.

I see. So currently you're at 3500 calories.  I mistook eating 5000 calories easily as that is your daily intake.

Comparing you to the goof from the article isn't exactly apples and oranges, as you're obviously already in shape.

Thanks for answering!

Whats weird is my weight is really stable and i seem to be getting leaner, stood in the shower last night and my quads and calves are covered in veins like im just exchanging fat for muscle.

Chances are i need to push up the food already but ill give it another 2 weeks at least to see where it's going.

Length of time on > what your on > size of the dose imo.
