NOPE!!
Greene has to compete, to qualify for the Olympia. Besides, until he beats Heath when it counts, Greene can win Arnolds until the cows come home.
He still has to deal with "the Gift".....AND a newly-sharpened "Blade" (Dexter Jackson).

No. The prize money for the Olympia was $400K. None of the rest of these shows are this lucrative. I thought it was tradition for mr Olympia to do one show per year.
Something tells me this is Kai's farewell tour and it's smart because he's giving his fans one last chance to see him and this is great news for his brand. His brand being on bodybuilding.com is huge and gives him a bigger advantage. More contests gives him more visibility.

Phil is actually losing a lot of money on his Gifted Nutrition brand. Its a marginal seller because the product line is expensive and boring. Kai's Dynamik Supplement brand however is selling quite well.

This. And I do believe that Phil's supp company is doing poorly since he is one of the most unpopular mr olympias of all time. Not to mention he's frying his kidneys and liver with all those bodybuilding drugs.

I remember reading that when Vince Mcmahon shut down his supplement brand ICOPRO he literally had tons of the remaining stock buried on the property where WWE Headquarters is in Connecticut.
Legend has it, however, that a young nubian with bodybuilding industry dreams of his own one night snuck on to the property at WWE HQ, and dug up as much ICOPRO stock as he could fit into his 2001 Ford Taurus along with the Trailer attached. When he got home he took a black magic marker, crossed out ICOPRO and scrawled CALIBER on each heavily expired bottle and an empire was born.
And now you know the rest of the story.

Looking at strategically he doesn't need to do the Mr. O anymore. He can clean up on the Spring shows and promote his brand and relax the rest of the year and not have to worry about being judged fairly or not at the Mr. O or the shows after. the Mr. O. He loses nothing he has more fans than ever and Phil can deal Rhoden and Dexter. Dexter which in my opinion beat him last year and Rhoden could have beaten him if he didn't have the gut and maintained his conditioning minus the gut he had for prejudging. Phil gets most muscular, rear and back double biceps and side triceps, Rhoden gets front double, side chest, abs and thighs, front lat spread. I don't think we've seen the best of Rhoden. Minus the gut and keep the conditioning and you have a battle against Phil. I don't know if there's anything he can do again Phil in the bdb at this point in his career. It looks like an either you got it or don't situation. Rhoden's mid to lower back is shallow while Phil's is thick. That's where Phil exposes alot of guys. That's where Ronnie, Dorian and Haney exposed alot of guys as well.

There is literally nobody that bodybuilding relies on.
Even Arnold, the one person that the powers that be should cherish, is ignored.

He jumps on the scale here at almost 280. He seems to be keeping the pedal to the medal this off season. Rhoden said he was 300 during a recent interview.

Instead of being so snippy towards Kai, Arnold should be s little nicer seeing his shows would be much more boring and have even less buzz without Kai there.
I wonder if he will be at the Olympia expo this year. There's already drama about that amongst some smaller company owners about extra fees and several smaller vendors aren't going to be there this year

Arnold was very complimentary toward Kai in Brazil and Kai was his usual thankful self. Good point there was only five in Brazil and they lured Kai there with a first class flight etc.

Wasn't that the whole problem last year? Kai wanted expo space for free or else he wasn't competing?

I don't buy that he wanted it for free. He may not have wanted to pay extra fees or it had some other stipulations. This year other vendors are up in arms because You not only have to pay for your booth space you also have to pay an additional fee...I think it was to advertise in the print magazine.
Gifted nutrition didn't even have a booth. They had a big ass stage which I didn't think was fair and I really thought it was a shame that Ronnie Coleman was stuck in a corner. He Had only a few visitors when we stopped by.
