except all the sets after 135. I think I can do 185 like 3-5 maybe.

I'm not impressed. Lots of guys do 300 pound in the incline. Chest is almost parallel with the floor...

The shoulders of bodybuilders are a lot bigger today than they were in the 70s and 80s. Drugs aside it's because there is no need to do shoulder press to build your shoulders. 70's and 80's that's all the guys really did. Today there's a shitload of different machines to build the shoulders. Hell female bodybuilders today have bigger shoulders than the guys from yesteryear.

good point
here is branch warren doing a standing incline while bouncing the weight off his chest
contrast that with Green in total control from start to finish with a normal posture for that exercise
