No cycle but currently all Prime Nutrition products.  I generally use their TestBooster and Fatburner once in the morning and lunch and Sleep/GH at night.  I also take their Phytoform Greens, PWO Max, and EAA's for workout.  I only train about 3 days a week doing general weightlifting followed by 20 minutes of cardio....enough to stay healthy.

thought you mentioned training 2-3 times a day between corporate HQ and Planet Fitness

New job is fine although its pretty hard work and the strike isn't making things better.  Biggest thing is that I have to remember is that I have a lot more money to spend and I have to start adapting to the lifestyle suited for it.  For starters  I just upgraded my cell phone from a Tracfone that I spent $9.88 on at Family Dollar to a new LG G Vista Kill Switch for 200 bucks (Not a big deal for most people as phones run around 800 bucks but I have to take baby steps).  I've thrown out my old clothes from Sylva that I wore at Lowes and bought Calvin Klein from Sam's Club and some clothes from Express Inc. as I have to look more professional.  I also need to quit waking up so early on weekends because I no longer work them.

My day is pretty busy, I go to the office early at 7am so I can hit the fitness center and train.  Then I do paperwork for about an hour before I go to my morning briefing before I go to the main portion of my job.  I usually take my first break at 1030 and shoot some pool in the lounge area.  I usually go to lunch at 1215 and bring my food in mainly or I grab a salad and grilled chicken in the cafeteria.  I usually leave the office around 530pm and head to Planet Fitness for an evening workout.  I'll actually start going back to Sportsclub of Greenville next week when my schedule changes as I'll be working from 1:30pm to 11:30 because I like sleeping in and it will give me time to answer calls and run my business more effectively

I work about 50 hours a week besides my business so I have a hectic schedule but its paying off.  I need to get a new car so I'll hit the auction on Tuesday and take care of the whip.

There's, always an excuse, isn't there Melvin Goodrum?  ::)

Let's face it, you make $12hr working at the Verizon call center & the closest you get to a gym is when you walk by it en-route to Taco bell.

For people in a callcentre?  Yes.  They are essentially brainless occupations with very specific codes of action.

But Melvin Goodrum has an electrical engineering degree, runs Caliber Fatness, which is the most innovative health and fitness company to ever exist, is a licensed Naturopath, owns land, franchises & stock portfolios filled with high dividend paying equities, precious stones etc etc etc.

They must've looked at his CV & just whizzed in their trousers at a chance to hire him at their corp headquarters......answer ing calls for $12hr.

Viva La Melvin.

You're moving on up to a deluxe apartment in the sky.

You finally got a piece of the pie.

You are going to get a call from Prime Nutrition brass shortly offering you a hefty check to cease and desist any all claims of using their Fatburner product as it will negatively reflect on the effectiveness of their product.  Testbooster check to follow...

Which work is this?

Making $12hr working at Lowe's & then at a Verizon call center?

A normal human can barely get by on that low a pay. Take an obese delusional one like yourself with zero business acumen & retirement just ain't in them these cards, Melvin Goodrum.

I'm guessing that "retired" in this context is the full suite of EBT, SNAP, SSI, and disability payments. And an obamaphone.

Once you've lived in poverty in a trailer in the rural south, living off food stamps, then yes, answering phones for $10.50hr is certainly a huge step up.
