Honestly what is your arm size? 17.7 inches. My biggest was 18.9 inches

my biggest was borderline 19, same as you... was fat as fuck though (over 220 lbs at 5'8 and not pretty)

currently sitting at a good 18 inches and im happy with that... cant get them any bigger lean. i got very short muscle bellies so my arms pop out anyway..
will probably never see 20 inches, but im fine with that

If there is no muscle definition, then it is just fat. "Fat Boy Muscles! don't count as real muscle. It's is laughable when fat slobs show off their "muscles."

I measured mine for the 1st time in years because of this thread & boy am I depressed. They're 17.8"

The max was just over 19" but I was too fat & that doesn't count.

The sad thing is that they're the same size as they were the last time I measured them years ago.  :'(

I just measured at 20.75 inches, but I'll be the first to admit my arms are very weak.  Or maybe my waist is just too big.  Gotta lose more weight.  Cuurently 265 at around 18%.  But what the hell, I'm never going to step on a BB stage.

When I 1st started working out, my arms measured 13.3", so thankfully they're not as bad as they used to be.

Although to break 20" sure would be fun.

About 17 and 3 quarters, fat by 'bodybuilding' standards, average by normal standards, have the shittiest shape ever they almost look smaller flexed.

Am almost 6.1 so need to be loads bigger to actually look propryionatley big

nah, never injected it either, thats just a pumped pic
ive put a shitton of oil into my delts though (not exactly SEO but simply a ton of injections) so that they catched up pretty well, but never touched biceps in my life

is >20 inch even possible without SEO for average genetics?
i consider my arms my best bodypart (at least biceps, and its always been that way) and they havent really grown at all (less than half an inch) over the last ~2 years... even though im around 30lbs heavier now at the same conditioning... growth seems to be mostly in the upperbody but not arms

I was just reading your post in the capped delt thread about how you grew them with site injects, would the same work for arms or is it not possible?

most likely. i think for bis that would be easily, triceps are harder to hit properly though. if you got long ass bis with little peak id consider injecting them on the regular ...
from what i hear both biceps and triceps are just fucked up to inject though...
i mean ive probably hit gaps between muscle, joints, sinews, bursa sac etc in the delts too which felt fucked up for a week etc.
but i think both bis and tris are full of nerves and veins, can bruise easily and you can squash nerves too... also arms are flexed ALL THE TIME in everyday life while you can pretty much avoid that with your delts if something goes wrong.

Wow Sounds like a minefield, have the long flat biceps shit and would love to change it but probably need more experience pinning and to be using more than a ml a week to be of any benefit.

yeah, true SEO protocols call for up to 3-4mls every day for weeks... you could get benefits with smaller injects (and work up to more) but id say under 3ml or so very regularly dont even bother

thought about pinning my arms before but got scared every time i bring the needle close, most i'll do is side delts lol
