i know marty champions drink every day but whatabout the rest of you?
and to make it exciting you may post how much you drink, where you drink, what you prefer drinking, what you like to do when drinking or whatever. cheers!

to answer my own question
i usually drink beer and i feel i dont drink it nearly often enough
i believe being in a state of drunkeness enhances the experience of listening to some music for example

Back when i was 25-35 i used to drink, with different delays of course
(two weekends a month clubbing with the gang at most during some periods)
Nowadays i drink once up to twice a year. New Years Eve (champagne) and during midsummer (Dat Dere SNAPS)

Not very often these days as drinking in the house with only your lass as company is shit and just sends you to sleep after a few, you need good company and decent crack with mates to enjoy a good drink

I use to drink back in the day but I stopped because it really does nothing for you, you wake up in the morning feeling like shit with headaches you cant train properly and the rest of your day is just messed up, its better to just take caffeine and be wired all day, smoke weed at night to relax and take an ecstasy pill if you want to go dancing.

Binge on Friday and Saturday & any night I can find an excuse like a ballgame , work function, etc.
Don't know how people get through life wit out it

i made the best gains of my life for about 10 weeks, not drinking a drop. Training 5 days a week for an hour a day weights + 30 min treadmill, 5 nights a week.
then i started sipping a little wine with dinner or a shot at a gig. Lost a step. even with just a little bit.
Been dry for almost 2 weeks again, and arms and chest fuller and rounder.
Staying hydrated is everything. No matter how much water I drink, i just train and look like shit when I drink. So I'm going back to 100% dry for a few months.

I drink about 3 days a week. Two days somewhat heavy and one light. I really think drinking alcohol destroys endurance. I know when I gave up drinking for about 6 weeks I made the fastest and greatest gains regarding running.

Havent had a drink in six years.
I am glad I made that decision.
It takes some time to get it out of your system. Now it doesnt even cross my mind.
But at party's I am boring as fuk compaired to the drinking days ;D ;D

Never. Prefer weed 1000x over but I don't smoke anymore either. Why anyone would drink over smoking weed in the sanctity of their own home is BEYOND me (legality aside).

There's plenty of people in gyms around the Globe who party with booze on the weekends and hold some legit size in the gym...Sure they would look a lot better without the booze but if they didn't train at all and still drank the way they do, they'd look like they never touched a weight in their life and be like everyone else.

Usually 2-3 times a week. A few glasses of vino and an ale, and the occassional single malt. Drunk...maybe one a month, but she's a good one and I'll swallow whatever I have in front of me as long as it's not sugary.

for many years, i went with a system that i invented. in this system, i could have 10 drinks a week. total. no more then that. my first rule was to never drink two days in a row. and i never drink on a gym day. so i could have three drinks one day, two drinks another day,
and maybe have 5 drinks on a weekend. this system has worked for me for many years. i never did drink the 10 drinks in one day, i can't drink that much. nowadays, i just have maybe 4 drinks a week, getting older now. straight tequila for me, with some ice and some fresh lime
juice in the glass. i also put the limes in the glass. tastes great. not too much beer, get too bloated.

alot of beer and alot of baking soda
heavy eaters or drinkers get skin issues
add 10 tablespoons a day of baking soda to fix lower back pain and skin issues

I love merlot. I love sipping it for an hour, knocking out 2 glasses and feeling like a million bucks.
but wow... that long term depression, sluggishness, dehydration, metabolism... ugh. Small and flat muscles, happens every time no matter how much water I drink.
