for many years, i went with a system that i invented. in this system, i could have 10 drinks a week. total. no more then that. my first rule was to never drink two days in a row. and i never drink on a gym day. so i could have three drinks one day, two drinks another day,
and maybe have 5 drinks on a weekend. this system has worked for me for many years. i never did drink the 10 drinks in one day, i can't drink that much. nowadays, i just have maybe 4 drinks a week, getting older now. straight tequila for me, with some ice and some fresh lime
juice in the glass. i also put the limes in the glass. tastes great. not too much beer, get too bloated.
