i made the best gains of my life for about 10 weeks, not drinking a drop. Training 5 days a week for an hour a day weights + 30 min treadmill, 5 nights a week.
then i started sipping a little wine with dinner or a shot at a gig. Lost a step. even with just a little bit.
Been dry for almost 2 weeks again, and arms and chest fuller and rounder.
Staying hydrated is everything. No matter how much water I drink, i just train and look like shit when I drink. So I'm going back to 100% dry for a few months.
