When Groink was natural his stack was oriented towards over the top testosterone and hGh production:

d-Aspartic Acid- test
a-HD- anti aromatose
Somatomax- human growth hormone

High calorie, high fat and protein, extremely low carb diet.

Add two high carb days with low fat and medium protein each week and you are on your way.

The secret is to alternate 8 reps for mass and 12 reps for cuts.

The body becomes very insulin sensitive from the low carbs on those high carb days you will become very full and vascular it also shocks your metabolism and helps you with the fat burning.

No it doesn't. Eating carbs causes body fat. I don't need to look "full" for a few hours because of glycogen and/or creatine holding extra water in my muscles. I want real muscle, for strength, not "vascular."
I want the chiselled, cut look, with tight waist and abs, the symmetry, that the old timers had, before the drug era. Not interested in looking like the fat, ugly, slobs, that are called bodybuilders today.

Jesus I am dealing with a dumbass here, carbs does not cause body fat, what cause bodyfat is crashing your blood sugar levels by eating processed foods where the fat and fiber has been stripped and things containing lots of refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup this cause the hormone that controls hunger to go out of whack and causing you to overeat and you start storing bodyfat.

I have two friends who have been lifting natural for 10 years. One did strictly 10 rep sets and the other did 12 rep sets. When we went to the beach everybody was laughing at the 12 rep guy because he looked so soft and muscularly immature compared with the 10 rep guy. The 10 rep guy looked like he was carved from old, mature, granite while the 12 rep guy's muscles were making fart jokes and chewing a whole pack of gum at once.
