2. He exited the car and would NOT comply with police orders to drop the weapon or to stop coming towards them. He was Not obeying. Watch the fucking video.

There is a gun and its an open carry, but when you are are being asked to comply with a police order (being detained), you are required to do so, especially when you are observed committing a crime (police observed smoking weed and observed that he had a gun). He refused to drop the gun and was approaching the police. That certainly is threatening. Why is he too stupid to comply? ???

If it was your relative or friend, what would you be videoing? If it were me, then I'd have my camera on the perp, to prove he was innocent, and he was discriminated against. She didn't do that. You hear the cops yelling, "drop the gun." Obviously they saw a gun. Yet his bitch wife says, "He don't have no gun." All she had to do was focus her camera on him. She didn't do that because, it would contradict the narrative/lie that she was telling, in order to collect big money from a lawsuit against the city. Again, she deliberately, kept the camera off of him, until he was shot dead on the ground, at which point she shifted her camera focus, slightly, to show a picture that she could have easily done before, to tell the true story.

I don't see why it's so hard for some people to comply with police. If he would have complied he would still be alive, so would many others. I know there are some crooked shitty police that will violate your rights but the smart thing to do is document the incident and file a complaint or go to court.
If peole actually cared about black lives they would have classes in all black neighborhoods on how to interact and comply with police. As well as educate them on their constitutional rights and how to file a complaint or lawsuit for misconduct.

Previous charges
A public records search shows that Scott was convicted in April 2004 of a misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon charge in Mecklenburg County. Other charges stemming from that date were dismissed: felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and misdemeanors assault on a child under 12, assault on a female and communicating threats.
In April 2015 in Gaston County Court, Scott was found guilty of driving while intoxicated.
In 1992, Scott was charged in Charleston County, S.C., with several different crimes on different dates, including carrying a concealed weapon (not a gun), simple assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He pleaded guilty to all charges.
Scott also was charged with aggravated assault in 1992 and assault with intent to kill in 1995. Both charges were reduced, but the disposition of the cases is unclear.
According to Bexar County, Texas, records, Scott was sentenced in March 2005 to 15 months in a state jail for evading arrest. In July of that year, records show, he was sentenced to seven years in prison on a conviction of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokesman said Scott completed his sentence and was released from prison in 2011.

Cops are not judge and jury. The cops can only respond to the immediate threat. There does not appear to have been an immediate threat. If he was not a POC, the cops would have deescalated the situation.

There are bad people out there who do bad things. They need to be dealt with. Arrested, tried, and if convicted, sent to prison. The police only have the right to arrest you. If they can't do that without kill people, then they shouldn't be cops.

Guess what, I would not care if all of them were dead either. (however I did not bother to dive in to each case and took your stupid site at face value)
Each situation is different why would you think they are all the same? I could find 8 instances of dumbass blacks pointing guns at officers who were not killed. Hell, Lamont Scott even shot at officers a few years ago. He should have been killed then.
