With all the snake oil salesmen out there you will tend to forget that some supplements actually works
Creatine call it the natural dianabol pushes more water in the muscle so you look bigger and lift heavier best to take it on a high carb diet for mass since high carbs pushes more water into muscle
Beta alanine will increase your strength and power enabling you to do more reps works well stacked with creatine.
There are not a lot of supplements to make you big naturally but there are a lot to make you ripped.
Green coffee beans
Caffeine
Green tea
yohimbine hcl
cayenne pepper
coleus forskohlii
Best to buy these supplements separately to get clinical dose and dont buy overpriced proprietary blend concoctions

8! Thanks for the above info. Someplace on this Board I recently asked what supplements worked best and to the beast of my knowledge I never got a reply.
I have not been a supplement user for a good number of years now (I just eat healthy foods and in small amounts) so I have no personal idea what works and what's bogus, so it's good to hear the 'stuff' you posted which I assume benefited you while taking them.
Queston: Are each of the below listed items actually classified as supplements?
I'm adding comments to the ones I use on a daily basis.
Green coffee beans ... Never heard of this one. Is it for a cup of coffee?
Caffeine .... In my coffee.
Green tea .... I used to grind my own with t-leaves shipped from China,
yohimbine ... This has been around forever. Never needed it though.

Actually green coffee beans is the beans they use to make coffee, there is a substance in there called chlorogenic acid that burns fat but once you roast the coffee beans that substance is pretty much gone.

ZMA is supposed to make you sleep better, I think it helps me a little bit
Pwo:s definitely work, look up Mesomorph, I think it's the best since og craze - for real
The most overrated thing is protein powder, just tastes bad and fucks my stomach

You can buy green coffee bean extract off amazon in pill form just make sure to get one with 50 percent chlorogenic acid.

multi vitamin is garbage poorly absorbed by the body and fish oil is unnecessary just eat a balanced diet with protein, carbs, veggies, fruits and healthy fats and you will get all the vitamins and omega 3 you need.

Resurect Pm from Ronnie Colemans line, great supplement, got it from a buddy for free, decided to try it, that stuff will knock you out, deep sleep, felt very good in the morning great for recovery. Not a huge supplement guy, but I like the carb powders post workout like vitargo or waxy maize, with maybe a scoop of Bcaa's, found these powders to be beneficial and cheap too.

Vitargo is very expensive waxy maize not so much and they offer no extra benefits than you would get eating some potatoes or cream of rice post workout, I tried all these stuff over the years and they made no difference.

I usually have pretty vivid dreams anyway, but this stuff it would just knock me out like a coma, wouldn't move..not even a slight wake up to reposition my body, never tried night time supps before, haven't tried anything since but this stuff puts you out.

Im not usually that hungry directly after I train, that's why I kind of like the powders, I usually find vitargo on sale at gnc nobody buys that stuff because nobody really knows about it and it's not really marketed much, I've found it for as cheap as 10bucks, but I would never pay the retail price for it I agree way too much for it, you can find waxymaize super cheap just bought a tub for 11 dollars Ultimate Nutrition. But If I were too eat its usually a sugary cereal like rice crispies or coco crispies with a scoop of whey.

yes, it's like taking Nyquil or something but when wake up feel really good as opposed to feeling hungover or something when taking Nyquil.
