dave palumbo swears by training arms with cable, he even split between biceps/forearms and triceps-workout!
leave the ego at the door and start doing cable curls for arms and they will grow!! makes a lot of sense! when i think about how big my arms are gonna be, how they gonna grow from now on i get excited, thanks dave!
i would love to hear from other getbiggers about their experience in training arms with cable.

I use cable for pushdown with the attachments.... never bother otherwise.
It's easy to train solely for feel and pump when you are loaded with drugs like he was/is. Not all of us have that luxury.

Cables are shit for arm growth,barbel curls for high reps with good weight and same for skull crushers and narrow grog benches.Ive been curling 120 for sets of 25-40 and arms are exploding.Arms are 21.5" at 235 trust me when I say they work.if you have been doing low reps or medium reps your whole life switch it up to 25 plus and you will be amazed and the pumps are crazy.

never do them, only do standing cables in the crossover set up and preacher curls on a machine.

40 seems too many, I do go up to around 30 though, I do a lot of partials as well.

Cool. I can't do standing bicep cable stuff because the weight pulling m down/forward throws my back out. And my arms are too long to use preacher curl machines. I do conc. curl and lots of hammer curls seated.

palumbo says cable curls work especially good for people with long arms you need to listen to that man !!! plus i think they put constant pressure on your biceps more than other exercises would.

Im the same, a guy I know lies flat on the floor with his feet at the base of the cable machine and curls like that, takes the stress off his low back...

Overhead cable presses is one of the best movement to make your arms bigger it does not stress the elbow like skullcrushers and it targets the triceps long head which you need to work to make arms bigger.

the tricep straightens your arm, straighten your arm with a weight attached and you will develop your triceps, there are no exercises better than others, do the exercises you like as long as you can feel the muscle working

Arms were around 20.5" there at 220 I believe.so now 15 lbs heavier and an 1" bigger.Im not ripped but I also eat what I want and enjoy life and have big strong arms.

6'2,I get comments on how big my arms are every day in gyms,out to eat etc....My arms are very big,xxl t shirts all tight as hell on arms.So you can think they aren't 6.5" bigger than yours but they are and that's a cold measurement.Pumped around 22.25".compare my arms to my head my head is 23.25" around.

You must be smoking something cause that arm is huge and hasn't been under 20.5" in 18 years.been 22" at 255 and 23" at 275.Used to curl 225 for 8 and ng bench 365 for 8.

i Train forearms 3 times a week,they measure 15.75" goosenecked.They don't grow like the upper arms though.

Pretty simple as you can see in your pic your arms are up flexed and smaller than your neck which is prob 17-18",my pic arm is flexed down and appears bigger than my head which is over 23".

I shot 1 shot of oil in my arms 10 years ago.Also shot a lot of juice in them over 10 years ago.Hardly synthol use,tried it and it was stupid and didn't try it again.So my buddy shot the rest in his calves.sorry I forgot a shot of synthol over 10 years ago.

Sometimes all muscles don't grow equally and by you saying that just shows that you are not to bright.my buddy has 30" quads and 17" calves and people always say his calves suck and he doesn't train them yet he trains them 3 times a week heavy and light they just don't grow.
