Ok guys i have thought about it and my goal this winter is to weigh 300 pounds I am going for the dorian yates look so I will be doing HIT training blood and guts style, right now I am trying to design my cycle and I hope to start his journey in another week and half or so I will be posting pictures once I get to 300 pounds.
1 gram of sustanon 250 weekly
600 mg of deca weekly
600 mg of eq weekly
100 mg of dianabol daily
I think this is a good way to start I would add tren once I get to a plateau and no longer gaining weight.

Add insulin without HGH...watch the pounds pack on real fast. In fact maybe do some cattle implants without taking out the estrogen. You'll be awesome.

Don't shoot for numerical weights, just train and supplement the best you can. What happens happens. If it's about weight you can end up getting fat for no reason.

I actually have conflicting thoughts on this. Anyone who's between 5'2 and 5'6 (average female height in North America) and weighs 300lbs+ MUST have a good amount of muscle under all that fat. Imagine lugging around 300lbs at that height, its like a constant workout, assuming you don't just sit in bed all day like those "My 600 Pound Life" people. I come from an obese family (on my dad's side) and you can see it in my build. Wide hips, big calves, big joints, and a very hard time getting lean. My grandpa was an Olympic weight lifter (never actually made it to the Olympics, though) back when Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union, and he was easily 350lbs. He was one strong mother fucker, and I can't help but think its because he was lugging around all that weight outside of the gym.

I can get to 250 plus on my current stack then I will add in tren which will give me more size if I get stuck I will think about adding gh I dont want to fuck with insulin I dont like using a drug that could kill you.

I had a 300 lb BMC approved PAWG, 69 with me and sat on my face.
I couldn't get a nut and damn near suffocated under her girth.

It will be winter we are going to cold in big winter clothes I plan to be a huge 300 pound monster in my winter clothes, next year when its getting to summer its time to cut again.

You never hear of any pros dying of liver problems, or other people in the AAS world. I think steroids destroying your liver is overblown. It's usually the heart or kidneys that it potentially fucks with... Not saying they aren't good for the liver, but the liver is pretty resilient, esp if you take breaks.

I have being trying for months to educate you on the importance of good diet but you are a hopeless cause, having a coke with potato chips dipped in sauce is not the same as a grilled salmon with sweet potato and spinach, anybody with common sense can see that.

I will make my point very clear if you are on steroids there are side effects so the best thing to do is make sure that your diet is very healthy and take some herbs for your organs that way you minimize the chance of any health problems, but if you are on steroids plus a shitty diet its only a matter of time before you are fucked.

To go from 220 lbs to 300 lbs is certainly possible. But it would take a few years and a lot of it could be fat / water. You will look bigger in clothes and get more comments from people about your size. But in the end you will look better at 220lbs ripped. My guess is once you hit 300 lbs you will eventually want to go down again after a while. Good luck!!!

High RBC = thick blood = blood clots = problems.
Have you done a blood test to see what your RBC levels are? Did you check you estrogen levels? When you take too much testosterone your body will convert a lot of it to estrogen. Are you taking an estrogen blocker? If you go to low with your estrogen you'll have joint problems / potential osteoporosis.

I have done the force feeding thing for years until my stomach said NO MORE! I started pucking / hurling every time I ate something or put something in my mouth, even when brushing my teeth. In the hospital they inserted a tube with a camera attached to it in to my stomach and there was nothing wrong with it so I quess It was some sort of a mental thing. It was the end of my BB/gymrat days. Looking back I did not have enough variation in my diet so I hated everything I was eating and because of that I had to be force feeding myself.
What I hated back in the days was getting up a couple or times a night to take a leak. That really messes up your sleep. Now I never drink anything past 19:00.

Id have a ltr of ice cream everynight, plus everyone's left overs.... I loved to eat and feel full all the time, its hard to believe how little I eat now in comparison.
