The best pre-workout breakfast is 3-5 scrambled eggs (yolks included) and oatmeal (whole oats, not instant) with raisins, cinnamon and honey. Plenty of workout energy to go 90 minutes, full blast.

I'm assuming you're eating breakfast after a workout. So why would you eat yolks with your protein? After a workout it should be carbs and protein...no fat. You're clogging up the insulin response with the fat. You have to feed you're muscles the right way, nutrient timing is key. Fat should be taken in as the last meal of the day with protein and zero carbs. It will sustain release protein into your system all night.

Anything extra in it? Cinnamon, soy, egg nog, heavy cream?
I enjoy a Iced, Sugar-Free, Vanilla Latte With Soy Milk with a light caramel drizzle.

No, eating this 2-3 hours before the workout. Limitless sustained energy. Been doing this for 30 years.

Yes but you're also not training naturally. Naturals need carbs to sustain a workout. That is the problem with Generation Gym Selfie, they listen to people who are not training natural and believe they can do the same thing.
If a bodybuilder wrote an article that he gets his muscle by eating a bowl of corn flakes and rice pudding that what people would do.

I usually order a large, hot Cappuccino with whole milk and a decent amount of sugar.
It makes me feel full for hours on in and packs enough carbs to give me my daily fix, while then going carb-free for the rest of the day.

Horse Shit! I'm natty. My breakfast is high fat and protein, exclusively. When you don't eat carbs, your body becomes a fat burning machine, for energy, both from body fat, that will disappear quickly, and from dietary fat. Burning fat for energy is much more efficient, as there are 9 calories of energy in each gram of fat, and only 4 calories in a gram of carbs.

Mushrooms and Kale are carbs.
Haha..yeah I was waiting for that...I'm talking starchy carbs, these are fiberous, whatever the case may be I'm pretty damn lean right now, and feel amazing since I've been doing this, I do a mix of cauliflower and broccoli with salmon at night, and beef and kale in the am...both foods fill me through the night and in the am. Give It a shot.

I like mushrooms, but kale is disgusting. There isn't enough butter that can make kale taste palatable for me.

How do you cook the five cups of kale?
-
Nuttin.
I have entered the intermittent fasting.
Eating mostly just after work at evening.
-
Normally have a pint of milk before work, then get a bacon and sausage sandwich and a steak slice when the sandwich van turns up at work at about 9
Days off work take the dog for a walk first thing then have as many slices of thick butchers bacon that will fit on the grill.

I don't cook Kale I eat it raw as well as spinach, I eat it out of the bag like potato chips.
-
My usual two whole egg and about six/seven egg whites, a cup of blueberries and an english muffin.

I eat a whole bag of kale and a whole bag of spinach everyday, I've found these super low calorie greens the key to staying satiated, I use them as fillers, but theres a secondary benefit the are chalk full of micronutrients which most other foods in my diet lack (rice, potato, quinoa, meat, egg, and fish) not much nutrition in these foods, also I have to eat a ton of these carbs to feel full, so I just keep eating as much kale/spinach as a can until I feel full.
-
meat, egg, and fish) not much nutrition in these foods,
WTF? meat, eggs and fish contain all essential amino acids, and all essential fatty acids, plus vitamins and minerals. Carbs don't come close in nutritional excellence.

Theres not a lot of minerals in these foods, so I incorporate a ton of raw greens daily, for nutritional content and fiber and they keep me feeling full.

Bodybuilding nutrition: get the results, then make up the reasons.

Greens are almost calorifically backwards, your body uses more energy to digest them that it gets out of them, I can never see the point of eating something like that unless it tasted good, and huge bowls of Kale certainly doesn't taste good.
And as for the mineral content, its negligible, do you seriously think you would suffer health wise by not eating all those greens?
-
Is this nice Vince?
Its quite tasty although its even better if you make an expresso instead. But drinking it everyday is awesome as an anti-inflammatory for your joints and regulating your blood sugar

There are more minerals in meat, eggs, and fish, than in kale.
And, you're getting enough fiber to knit yourself a sweater every day!

Dude theres endless reasons why everybody should incorporate Kale and Spinach in their diet you can't argue that, the phytonutrients, antioxidants, health benefits, digestive benefits and once again a great addition to a meal for filler, I have a crazy appetite so this helps keep me full with each meal.

The phytonutrients and antioxidants in fruits and vegetables are so small in quantity in natural form, that unless you buy extracts of those fruits and vegetables, the phytonutrients, and antioxidants, that you really get, are virtually nonexistant, even less so with high fiber content pushing them out of your body.
P.S.: Eat a lot more saturated fat, if you want to feel full.

Yes !!! This is great to know, I've always thought fruits and vegetables are overrated and this confirms it.
