I've trained like that for years....it's hard.
So many times I used to think, no one can keep up with me in the gym! LOL, they can. Your average gym rat absolutely can. Someone that doesn't train would have a hard time.

That is good bro shows that you are tough mentally in the gym but honestly I would not do it again its harsh and I hate the mood swings, I think if you keep yourself in shape all year round its much better then you dont have to do the extreme low carbs for long to get into shape.

Its all in the mind and being organized, if you have all you meals ready, the training times set, it becomes automatic, you get into a zone..first two weeks are hard, after that really not bad at all, im not a moody person..only if I'm not getting laid, as long as I am getting steady pussy, it's all good, honestly it's the perfect distraction, keeps you occupied while waiting for meals, extra cardio, stress relief, sleep aid..it's the key to getting shredded. ;)

I live on low carbs, year round. What do you consider heavy squats and deads? Doesn't matter, I beat you. High fats/low carbs gives you endless energy.
