You guys could not train the way I train

How many of you could be on low carbs for over a month go into the gym in the morning on a empty stomach and do heavy squats and deadlifts you would not make it pass the first set, that is why when I say I am hardcore I am not joking that is who I am.

Try to keep up yesterday was my last day of low carbs, starting today I am on high carbs and getting ready to start my road to 300 pounds.

It will be epic I am now only eating 3 meals daily and I am going to slowly increase it until I am eating 8 meals daily, I will be a monster in my hoodie.

You are wrong bro I want to be big and ripped, I was on low carbs for the past 4 months getting as lean as possible so now that I am ripped I want to get big, I will slowly increase my calories so I dont get fat, I might have a bit of bloat down the road but I will be big and lean.

I've trained like that for years....it's hard. 

So many times I used to think, no one can keep up with me in the gym!  LOL, they can.   Your average gym rat absolutely can.   Someone that doesn't train would have a hard time.

I did zero carbs for 8 weeks, doing 90 min of cardio a day as well as lifting once a day, and won a 1st place plastic trophy as a result! ;D Livin the Dream!

That is good bro shows that you are tough mentally in the gym but honestly I would not do it again its harsh and I hate the mood swings, I think if you keep yourself in shape all year round its much better then you dont have to do the extreme low carbs for long to get into shape.

That is good bro shows that you are tough mentally in the gym but honestly I would not do it again its harsh and I hate the mood swings, I think if you keep yourself in shape all year round its much better then you dont have to do the extreme low carbs for long to get into shape.
Its all in the mind and being organized, if you have all you meals ready, the training times set, it becomes automatic, you get into a zone..first two weeks are hard, after that really not bad at all, im not a moody person..only if I'm not getting laid, as long as I am getting steady pussy, it's all good, honestly it's the perfect distraction, keeps you occupied while waiting for meals, extra cardio, stress relief, sleep aid..it's the key to getting shredded. ;)

I only made it thru USMC boot camp on Paris Island.
Dead lifts on low carbs is much tougher to endure.
