Chicken/rice and vitamins is far superior in every way to the above diet.

But still stupid and lacking essentials.

You're right, you live once who gives a fuck right?

You can die happy by shoving junk in your face and feeling and looking like shit.

Or you can live looking and feeling good. Your choice.

But at the end of the day it dont matter

You are an unhealthy fuck who will drop dead soon, if you like I will donate money to buy you a coffin made out of organic wood and have some herbs planted around your grave so you  will go to the afterlife in a healthy way.

morning normally some cereal, later I will have a flapjack or protein bar, then a couple of tins tuna with mayo on wraps, evening meal some steak or maybe a cottage pie or something normal
Maybe a sandwich later, thats about it really, I have chocolate if I want it, and eat a pizza if I feel like one, as said I just eat less if I overeat.

I probably eat around 2500 to 3000 or there abouts

Yeah probably all the beer I drink after I play hockey 2-3x a week. Gotta be the culprit.

Other then that my diet is pretty clean.

Ya dude I gain easily I don't know why.  I had a trainer a d he had me on a 2500 cal cutting diet and I got fat as fuck.  I k ow what works for me.  Low carbs low fat high protein and high intensity cardio and weights.  This is the only thing that works for me to get lean.

You have to have metabolic issues, a guy your size should be getting atleast 2600 cal base line. Bikini and figure chicks diet on those numbers, have you had your thyroid checked? No hate, just sad to see a guy your size eating so little, I mean at the very last stages of my prep I may be around 1800 cals and that's at a weight of 155-160 and that's on a very low day. Like I said not hating, you've had to have damaged you metabolic system to gain weight on so little calories.

Maybe it was the clen I tool years ago who knows.

To be honest I doubt I have a thyroid issue.  I don't get huge and fat I just mean I hover at the same weight and put muscle and fat on when I eat more them 2200. 1800 to 2000 seems to be my key range for getting lean.

I can still eat 6 meals a day at 1800 to 2000.. Feels like I'm always full.

according to 8 inch not biceps you just need to spike insulin to get fat, calorific deficit doesnt matter.

You can't judge how many calories by weight,  some people at 6foot 180pounds are maintaining that physique with 10% bodyfat some with 24%.bodyfat.  underneath all the excess fat they are small guys who need less calories.  The amount of times I hear "I need more food I'm a big guy" when in reality they are 145pounds if the correct weight.
