So many different view out there.
Anyone got any good suggestions backed up with real evidence?
Low does test/HGH combo?
Any particular foods or supplements? Collagen?

Completely tore my left quad tendons, spent 3 weeks in a cast and 3 months in PT. I used a good beef protein(Olympian Labs) 2x per day, 3-4 servings of glutamine(Clinical Sports Labs) and 1 serving, 3,600mg, of BCAA's before bed(Clinical Sports Labs). Not saying it cured anything faster but my ortho surgeon was even shocked how quickly I rehabbed.
Good Luck

I tried the smaller "pouch" sized container and was pleased with the neutral taste and consistency.
I now have 4 lb jug ready to start.
For anyone who tries this, make sure you use enough liquid, and don't wait too long to drink because it can gel up on you.
