As you guys know i am trying to get to 300 pounds, I was training balls to the wall 5 days a week 2 hours a day , taking my juice and stuffing myself with foods but I was stuck at 244 so i was think about increasing the dosage when I thought to myself even though i am on steroids i could be over training so I took an extra 3 day off from the gym and my weight went up to 249 so I am like boom that is the secret, so i drop the sets increase the intensity with rest pause, forced reps etc and cut my workouts to 45 mins 3 time weekly and right now I am sitting at 256 and growing taking less than a gram of juice.
When you become advanced bodybuilder you need more stress on the muscles to grow so drop the volume increase the intensity cut down the amount of time you workout and dont go to the gym everyday and you will become mass monster without having to take crazy amounts of roids.

Man that guy was a genius who does not get enough credit, if you ask most gymrats why do they go to the gym 6 days per week and why do they do 20 sets per exercise they cannot give you a logical answer, they will say well you need to train hard to get big you cant be a pussy.

Yeah I mean that's all well & good, but are you using the Cell-Tech/Nitro-tech stack as well? all the rest in the world isn't going to work unless you're stacking those mofo's

You dont understand the body I am giving myself around 10 months to get to 300 pounds I am not rushing it giving my body time to adjust as I go up in weight.

his orginal heavy duty which was training 4 days a week splitting the body in half and training each muscle twice a week with 4-6 heavy sets per muscle each workout was rather ideal
later when he switched to that consoldation routine of training just once a week with just 2 exercises per workout was a pipe dream though and not applicable to real world results
he always said to watch out for overtraining but you also need to be aware of undertraining
