I hear ya Falcon, maybe later in life, when I transition into an edurance based athlete, this will be my diet of choice. I do eat a ton of veggies and nutrient dense foods, also do mini detox's where I'll go vegan for 5-7 days.

I really hate the bullshit that happens at this time of year everybody gets up talking about their changes and what they are going to do, fast foward to a few months from now they go right back to doing the same shit they were doing before until december comes they start talking about changing again.

I know a guy who got Diagnosed with cancer in October

He had AMAZING INSURANCE and was within in 5 miles of the TOP cancer treatment facility in the US
He has a great family

"......meh--I'm i'll wait till January 1st to start my cancer treatment"

does any of the above make any sense?

I don't ask that rhetorically by the way

Maybe to enjoy the Christmas with his family before the cancer treatment makes him sick and feel like shit?
Even then it's stupid decision

I've always been a positive person, there's a lot of different elements that im sure have an impact on why i have this outlook, for one thing im a big believer in karma and and just keeping a positive state of mind, i surround myself with positive people. For instance on my ship theres ton of employees that bitch and complain about this and that..or they will start talking shit about other employees. .i just get up and nonchalantly remove myself from these situations. I just believe if you're a good person good things will happen for you, sounds simple i know..but this outlook  has been extremely successful for me and my life. Being in a warm climate like Hawaii has definitely made a huge impact on just my general well being and mood overall, i have a great family, good job, amazing friends, my workouts and diet are constantly improving and showing results. Not to mention im on a huge natural high from NYE , my brother got married , i was the best man, couldn't be more proud of the kid, and i killed the best man speech. .doesn't get much better my man, life is good. Feeling great about this year!

Nah, realistically 250lbs with lean face, lightest I've been in years atm, was too busy with business ventures the last year to concentrate on the muscles.
I've a friend just detoxing from heroin now so I want to help him this year, and do another part time college course, in restaurant management before I take the plunge and open one

Fake happiness.

One day he wakes up, realizes he's 5'-3" and 141 lbs, goes it a deep depression, and blows his brains out.

Leaves a seven page suicide note on how he wants the undertaker to fix his corpse's hair and makeup

Indeed it has my friend, it's bigger than ever. Well for example when I started training there was two gyms in city, 16years later now there's probably 42 gyms if you include MMA, boxing, karate gyms etc.

I'm not going to care anymore about exercises I can't do anymore due to injuries like the bench press. There are 200 plus weight exercises I can do and if someone wants to think they are stronger than me based on the bench more power to them.

In the new year I'm not going to be apologetic about liking thick women.  Nope, I like women with curves and fat asses. I said it.  Nothing wrong with fit chicks though.

I boxed 30 plus years ago and a boxing gym opened about 5 miles from me. I'm so tempted when guys compliment me on how hard I hit the heavy bag but I know I would be killed at nearly 60 years old. My 245lbs MMA cop son in law keeps asking me to go to his gym to roll on the mats.  My resolution is to just say no.

Being lactose intolerant I will refuse ice cream that I love so much.  The upset stomach and atomic farts aren't worth it.  Who am I kidding.  The first time I'm offered a big dish of ice cream I'm downing it.
