Lee and I are built much the same. Both short in stature.
He is one of VERY FEW who STILL look fantastic today.
I wonder sometimes what kind of regimen he was using back in the day vs what he is using now.
Good genetics, of course, but there really isn't much info about Lee like there is about so many others, which is usually just shit-talking.
he looks good at 56, possibly even bigger than he was. Labrada Nutrition and daily workouts.....25% of the equation.
What's the rest?
HRT for sure, but at what amount? Dorian still stays ripped... he says he's on 200 mgs of Prescription Cyp per week. Anytime you use pharma grade test... you are way ahead of the game. I'm on legal HRT and my build is better than it was 10 years ago, but 10 years ago, I didnt have access to pharma grade stuff. Big, big difference in potency.
I would say that 200 mg of Pharma grade American Test is prob the equivalent of 500 or more mg's of Mexican grade/ Veterinerian garbage, which is what most gymrats use. Can't blame em'... nobody gonna sell the real deal... and if they do, it won't be cheap.

I think the key to lee's success can be found in the fact that he's not a complete fucking moron like many other bodybuilders.
Good genetics, using moderate weight, moderate drugs and a healthy dose of common sense go a long way towards longevity.

I remember a long RX muscle talk with him and he came across as a calm, balanced, financially secure & happy person. I'm pretty sure that that state of mind is working in his advantage, along with his experience.

Lee is definitely an inspiration, great classic build, looks healthy and athletic always, never see him blown up bloated off season meatball type look, to me that's the ideal look, and all weighing anywhere from 175-190. And Be There great inspiration as well, looking good with over 20 years in the game, props!

Calves looks like they are the same or even bigger. Quads smaller, especially teardrop. Did u begin to do more cardio running/cycling later on or just laziness/knee problems?

Legs tend to go as u get past that 15-18yr mark of training... Either back/neck issues/nerve impingements (causing fibers not to fire/contract), or lack of motivation to be squatting 505 (or 455 or even 405) or pushing a leg press full of plates... Or pulling 585 or even 405 off the floor....
Dudes waist is thicker in the recent pic, but I think it llooks sharper... Plus added "muscle. Maturity" in the chest/delt area/tie-ins. (The "T-section" of a guys frame I call it)

As i sayb(or used to say) prolly 10x veryday. "KNEEs OUT!!!! When you squat.
Feet mostly str8, maybe allow for 15° of outward pointing toes.. Even on close or midium stamce squats or eveneg press if you want to focus on quads, esp tears drops/vastus medialis. You want to create torque in the hip flexors... Initially this will bring the vastus medialis into play a lot more... At least until you learn to squat with your ass and hamstrings /hips. You wanna try squaring or Leo press with your shins vertical as possible, instead of shins leaning forward (knees moving forward towards toes) .
... Maybe you Already know this//do this... I dunno. If so, other guys may benefit from reading it.

They both looked a bit too excited and happy than one should be for doing this.
Although it could have just been for the magazine, I could not take the risk.
