I think five. Twice were home wars though, with a 35-lb dumbbell only. I don't have much in the way of weights at home. Actually, just that dumbbell. :P
I enjoy going to war.
I have a physique contest next month, and intend to look my personal best. Which will be 170, but pretty lean. Also, healthy.

I just got back from the battlefield. Every dbag gym rat seems to come out of the woodwork on Sunday mornings. I was the only guy in there not wearing a baseball cap while working out.
