Every day this week including the above session, but only because bored out me mind using up last years holidays from work

I think five.  Twice were home wars though, with a 35-lb dumbbell only.  I don't have much in the way of weights at home.  Actually, just that dumbbell.  :P

I enjoy going to war.

I have a physique contest next month, and intend to look my personal best.  Which will be 170, but pretty lean.  Also, healthy.

I just got back from the battlefield. Every dbag gym rat seems to come out of the woodwork on Sunday mornings. I was the only guy in there not wearing a baseball cap while working out.

I was going 6 days a week until I cracked from the ptsd and injured my elbow.

Now I'm only going 2-3 days a week and if any of you think that makes me less of solider, then you know what? fuck you kid.
