Shawn has allot that Coleman dreams of having, well maybe nightmares. At 5'7" and I am sure that is in heals Shawn can still ride the kiddie rides at the park. He can still buy his clothes at in the teen section at Marshalls. He still can go to proms. He can look at most girls eye to eye. He can move his seat up to the very front in his car to give his girlfriend more leg room in the back. There are allot of things being really short can be good for. The only thing it wasn't good for is winning a big show in bodybuilding. Good choice. Should have been a jockey.
I can't wait to see what he says about me. I just hope they are creative, which I can count on Shawn being.

I am not a Shawn Ray fan but give the guy some credit. He was a great bodybuilder. He was in better shape than your fat ass will ever be in. I have a feeling you are still dieting because you have been very moody the past month or 2.

I'm a huge fan of what Shawn bought to the stage everytime. Great package from all angles and a presentation like very few [if any] before him displayed; however, even I'm not silly enough to say that "I reckon Shawn at his best would beat Ronnie at his best." Not a chance!
IMHO, Ronnie's two best showings were the 2001 AC and the '03 Mr. Olympia [I can't seperate 'em]. Which physique of Shawn's exactly would compare to either one of these Coleman's?

I remember the year Shawn guest posed looking like this. It wasn't all that far out from the Olympia, perhaps 8 weeks?
Needless to say, he seemed more than a few weeks off. But eventually came in looking fcuking good, razor sharp, slightly improved back from the year before, and also added some to the quads.
The guy may be full of himself. But he may also very well be the best ever. Period.

I don't know what the fuck you just said. All I do know is you avoid the shit about you like a politician. I give you credit about that. Steer the shit my way. Like I said I am overweight now. And it wasn't by choice. I have am working on that and that is all I can do. I will be at the Olympia this year as far as I know. Call me fat-ass while standing in front of me. Other than my body sucking right now, you still have all your problems and they are with you for life. Their are many pictures of me on Getbig at 290-300 pounds. That is the weight I competed at. That is the weight I am luckily enough to be comfortable enough at to carry very very well. Like I said before, all the roids and drugs you took you never cam close to any lift I did. YOu are a very short loud mouth who takes advantage of the people who don't know you. I was told by allot of people here that you are not liked here. You fucked other promoters and were rude to people. But I liked you and you talk a good talk. But, when it came down to it I made the mistake of not listening to everyone else. And even after you fucked me once I helped you get a room discount at one the most exclusive hotels in Hawaii and you fucked me there to and my friend who was the manager. It ended costing him close to $600 which I paid him back for. So I got burnt by you twice. That makes me stupid but I learned. My physical appearance and strength prior to my injury made me ALLOT of money and got me allot of things you never could get.
So if it makes you feel good to put me down now after an injury that would have easily killed you, no doubt then go for it. You are a perfect example of someone who is insecure. And it wasn't by choice. I have am working on that and that is all I can do. I will be at the Olympia this year as far as I know. Call me fat-ass while standing in front of me. That is the weight I am luckily enough to be comfortable enough at to carry very very well. Like I said before, all the roids and drugs you took you never cam close to any lift I did. YOu are a very short loud mouth who takes advantage of the people who don't know you. I was told by allot of people here that you are not liked here. You fucked other promoters and were rude to people. But I liked you and you talk a good talk. But, when it came down to it I made the mistake of not listening to everyone else. And even after you fucked me once I helped you get a room discount at one the most exclusive hotels in Hawaii and you fucked me there to and my friend who was the manager. It ended costing him close to $600 which I paid him back for. So I got burnt by you twice. That makes me stupid but I learned. My physical appearance and strength prior to my injury made me ALLOT of money and got me allot of things you never could get.

All the assholes here who do NOTHING ELSE apart from being negative and critisizing the Pros' physiques/appearence out of pure hatred/jealously/retardedness here - need to take an honest look at themselves first. It is one thing to be critical and point out flaws (like ND does about Ronnie or Hulkster about Dorian :P), but another to come here simply to say that bodybuilders are steroid-heads/losers etc.

No I didn't compete. But the reason why I know so many BB, powerlifters and such is because at the gym I am equal to them cause I lift what I did. Guys seem to like training with me cause I can either lift more or at least keep up with them and they like that. I make a good training partner because of it.
I never ever said I was a BB. I never wanted to be or even thought about it. And not because I couldn't but because I wouldn't. I like to eat. And no matter how much you attempt to bash me understand it means nothing to me. I do not have to brag or try to convince you guys of anything. Most people on here know my past and if you don't then go on the history board and read and look at my pictures. At my competition weight of 290 to 300 I could keep up with most anyone out there in anything. I played in "A" Racquetball tournaments, rode my bike 28 miles a day to the gym and pull a 100+ lb truck tire arond Diamond Head. This was my past. And no matter what you guys say I am pretty sure I have more accomplishments and done things you only dream about.
But, now I am a little fucked up in the appearance department and I know it. That is why I am here. But, like I have said repeatedly, my condition is only temporary and will be back in shape someday soon. Like I said before go through what I went through then bash me. Until then you have no idea. It's easy to say things from the cheap seats. Come down on the field and play. It is impossible for to meltdown here. Sorry Shawn's buddies and lovers. I don't take this board as serious as Shawn does. I have noting to lose on here. You need to realize that. I can quit coming here and go on with my life. I will be forgotten in a couple days. They are lazy and do noting but eat and have no muscle whatsoever. That is fat.
I have been lifting weights since the mid 70's. I think along with many many many others that I was at one time very very strong. I traveled around the country and Asia because of my body and my strength. I have earned the respect from weigthlifters, real sports atheltes, celebrities and BB's cause I lived it for a long time and have lifted more than alot of people. I had an accident while training for the 2000 Olympics. I did not chose to be like this. I was 289 or so when I got bit and was going into the Olympics at 275. At 300 (my competition weigth) I could still fit in my 36 Calvins which I still have. I have been this way since about 2001. It isn't till now I am abloe to actually go to the gym everyday. There have been times when I can't get out of bed because of the pain. Well now I am better. So I will get back to my old self.
Shawn comes on here and rattles off me being fat and everything else abuot my body. He is disrespectful. Many of his collegues tell me the same thing and to ignore him. But, I have to fight my battles with whoever no matter who t is. I have always thought Shawn had a great body. But, to add fuel to my arsenal I use that photo cause it is available and it shows how he can be fat too and he is in the business of having a perfect body yet he lets himself go and look like shit. And he charges people to look like that.

No I didn't compete. But the reason why I know so many BB, powerlifters and such is because at the gym I am equal to them cause I lift what I did. Guys seem to like training with me cause I can either lift more or at least keep up with them and they like that. I make a good training partner because of it.
I never ever said I was a BB. I never wanted to be or even thought about it. And not because I couldn't but because I wouldn't. I like to eat. And no matter how much you attempt to bash me understand it means nothing to me. I do not have to brag or try to convince you guys of anything. Most people on here know my past and if you don't then go on the history board and read and look at my pictures. At my competition weight of 290 to 300 I could keep up with most anyone out there in anything. I played in "A" Racquetball tournaments, rode my bike 28 miles a day to the gym and pull a 100+ lb truck tire arond Diamond Head. This was my past. And no matter what you guys say I am pretty sure I have more accomplishments and done things you only dream about.
But, now I am a little fucked up in the appearance department and I know it. That is why I am here. But, like I have said repeatedly, my condition is only temporary and will be back in shape someday soon. Like I said before go through what I went through then bash me. Until then you have no idea. It's easy to say things from the cheap seats. Come down on the field and play. It is impossible for to meltdown here. Sorry Shawn's buddies and lovers. I don't take this board as serious as Shawn does. I have noting to lose on here. You need to realize that. I can quit coming here and go on with my life. I will be forgotten in a couple days. Relaxed (front).......Shawn wins, Ronnie's arms are held out at 90 degrees, his torso is bloated and abless
Relaxed (side)........Shawn; visible serattus, ripped obliques and intercostals, better balance
Relaxed (back).......Shawn, heart shaped back with long proportioned lats and an xmas tree
Front double bi.......Ronnie; more mass, better biceps and upper body thickness
Front lat spread.....Ronnie; more mass, wide clavicles
Side chest............Shawn; Ronnie can't do a side chest due to his stomach
Side tricep............Shawn; abdominal detail and tricep detail
