I would guess that some people find the environment (i.e., landscaping, perceived/real status and value, etc.) pleasing to the eye. Property values would likely be higher given the level of income required to buy there as well as the usual one of location, location, location.

I will be happy to share my knowledge with anyone, I have a thread in the positive bodybuilding section charting my diet and progress, fact is no one on here really cares that much to post, I tend to post pics in teh G&O because it gets people telling me i look like shit, its a good laugh and great for a bit of motivation.
In fact getting a strip torn off me by "no one" motivated me to up my game a couple of years ago, if it wasn't for him maybe I would still be happy to look good "for my age" instead of trying to look good full stop.

Yea. Was in Loma Linda hospital where she went to med school for almost a week with cellulitis in both ankles/calves that turned into sepsis and developed endocarditis on a heart valve. Finally convinced the Drs to discharge me with clindamycin a few days before we were due to leave. Else I was gonna check out AMA cuz I needed to pick up my passport in LA.and the plane tickets. And 3 resorts were already paid for. I was still pretty unwell during the trip. Lol. The cellulitis still comes back sometimes. Was pretty bad in my right calve in Jan and both are swollen right now for some reason.
Had a few gfs since her. The one I found out was a open star was during the summer. Korean fitness girl who I though just did modeling (2 IG pages. 1 model I g and 1 fitness.
