i'm 150lbs and FAT >:( when i can barely see my abs i'm fat...
plus i need my heart up to par for 20 rep squats to come in about 2 weeks....soo..uphill sprints it is...
uphill sprints = short intense stress on the cardiovascular system = same with squats...
i'm being training specific here..

how the hell did u manage to drop down to 150??! Probably the last thing u should be worrying abt right now is the visibility of your abs. I thought u had gotten back on a routine and started eatin again..

I bet you wouldn't have to do cardio if you didn't drink as much as you do.

drinkings been cut down to 1 day / week...
but as always i lose the fat quick..in 2 or 3 weeks it'll all be gone... :)
