Whats the best thing. I have tried both. Ripped is far far harder to be. Bulk is easy, happy life, train less eat what the fuck u want whenever u want...
No more, no less girls no matter how u look...well, a little bit more hello and smile when your slim
Food taste better when your slim...you enjoy it more. But then...u can't really enjoy it bcz when u eat a lot u know u will need 3-4 dags to get back on track again...
I guess life is better bulky, all people are fat - they can't be wrong...u can have dinner outside all the time, have candy n snacks front of tv. bbq etc etc...I guess bulk is the way...
THERE IS A MENTAL CONFLICT ABOUT STAYING IN SHAPE...IS IT REALLY WORTH IT?

When you not in shpae it not just body that is not in shape but mind and brain too! you call bulk i call lzay and no energy to do what you need in gym and out but also outside! STAY IN SAHPE AND DO EXERCISEs. food taste same how you say milk is not milk if you are fat or not fat it is always same food you make up things just go to gym eat food but not to much food so you get lazy and loose mind and shape

Depends on goals. You can't stay "ripped" all year round, it serves no purpose except for ego and if you're natural makes it damn near impossible to add muscle plus it's damn near an eating disorder. You can be just as healthy if not more at a little heavier weight than you can if you were "ripped".
-
I'm gonna make this answer easy for a lot of you
WOMEN DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE FAT, SKINNY, RIPPED OR PERMABULKED---THEY WILL STILL FUCK YOU
so, with all that prefaced people should choose a body type that will allow them to go on and try and enjoy there life
the only people the above doesn't pertain to are people who are legit, competitive physique athletes

None of that is true at all, especially for a natural. Go tell that to Jeff Cavalier and watch him laugh in your face.

That's an excuse to be out of shape and permabulking year round
-
figure out at which body fat you look best at and stay there
-
3-5% bf
no need to go lower
-
I'm at 8/9% all year, it's not hard if you're not a fat ass.

I have no idea who jeff cavalier is but bring him on so we can discuss it.

Why do you want to be ripped or shredded? It doesn't look good at all. You look sick and weird. 12% is best and pretty easy to maintain.
On the flip side why would you want to bulk? It serves no purpose and outside your first year of training you won't gain any appreciable amount of muscle from a bulk.
You'd do much better to focus your energy on addressing your body image disorder.
-
Maybe staying at the body fat level where you can see a hint of abs. Like not too ripped and not too bloofy, just healthy athletic easy to maintain without a ton of supplements or obsessive restrictive diet and training. 10 - 15% body fat depending on how you store fat.
12-15 is a good healthy percentage.
-

Yep, I'm at 15. Will drop some this summer down to about 9/10 but no further.

Well, why do you workout? Is it to cope with a body image disorder? OP clearly has one, how about you?

Completely agree, allows you to actually enjoy life while still being happy enough with how you look, I couldn't think of nothing worse than pulling out a plastic box with chicken and rice while your lass and kids enjoy fish and chips or whatever during a day at the coast or microwaving porrige oats in the morning of a Saturday shift at work while the lads are eating a fried breakfast. If your competing or make a living from how you look then fair enough but otherwise is it really worth the hassle?

You feel healthy. Strength and energy levels are great. Face looks lean and calorie restriction extends life.
100% win.
-

I agree
I've seen idiots at the gym during sets pull out plastic containers and start eating chicken and rice between sets and their physiques aren't even national level ::)

I quit listening at the 4:55 mark because he's doing preaching something most good trainers already know. He used an example of someone who either trained for a decent amount of time in the past, quit for awhile and came back to it or this is someone who just started training and through training, his body composition changed a little. Flash. We and most good trainers do this everyday, it's common it's not some breakthrough.
Why does claim to be as lean as he it all the time? 1. This is what he does for a living 2. His body type calls for it. 3. He's taking some sort of fat burner and GH isn't out of the question. He's say he's 41. Carry on.
You've fallen in love like this a lot over the years with these heros of yours that you claim to be natty or extra lean, why should this one be any different?

this is the holy grail 8)
and I'm attempting it right now but jacking up protein a day lowering the other macros
I did this some years ago and I actually gained 5 pounds and dropped a percent body fat ie. my skin folds went down
just started this a few days ago and it appears to be working already
OUTSTANDING :) and it feels great!!!

It works. I just did it myself.
I have a theory regarding protein as a natural. If you go through periods of low protein with heavy lifting, then blasting the protein with heavy lifting, you may be able to break through plateaus (especially for an advanced or experienced natural lifter)
But yeah, I gained muscle and lost body fat in a deficit these past few weeks. My body weight really did not change but I got a shit ton leaner, abs out etc... and strength has gone up.

You would get PWNED so bad if I posted them.
Up for a wager of any kind?

Listen to all the fatsos on this board make a case against being lean.
Here's my take. If you eat anything you want including drinking beer while lifting heavy you will look great in clothes but not so good with your shirt off. If you are super lean you will look like you don't even lift wearing clothes but will look amazing with your shirt off. Being lean is healthier than being a perma bulker.
-

Jeff pwns you!
Don't be upset cupcake. I don't get jealous and I especially don't get jealous over twinks regurgitating shit that's been done forever.
-
Acknowledge your genetic predisposition. Work with what you have. Don't shoot for extremes or dramatic changes in a limited time frame. Train to be healthy as possible and not as bulked or cut as you imagine. There is no magic here, just good commonsense. Be patient and don't ever give up. If you gain 5 lbs of muscle a year for five years you are doing great.
-
I eat pretty much a lot of crap and stay lean thx to hgh/primo/aromasin and lil testosterona baby

good stuff
how much pro are you taking in?
I'm starring at 1.5 grams per pound, and I may go to 2
Charles put 'em on the Glass recommends 1.5-2 grams per pound
I've seen others recommend 2 grams per pound and that seems to velvet the highest recommendation

6-8% is ideal if you enjoy wearing string tanks like me
if you wanna look big in your short sleeve shirt without showing much skin than 10-12 is acceptable I guess. ..

yeah 8 to10,,again people could be lean all over but lower back legs soft ,,vice versa pecs soft no lines and seperated legs
-
I would like to say 6-8% range is the best 3-4 weeks out of contest shape...but most people here are on drugs, not many natties who can hold that shape all year round. One pizza and Im up 2 pound, 2 cheat meals per week and I need to diet for 10 days to get back on track...cheatmeal and sweet stuff also trigger the addiction for more shitty food...thats the problem...
Sometimes it feel ok, sometimes I feel like I wanna give up. Then I see all these fat fucks around and it motivates me to continue to stay lean...
But yeah, staying lean without a pump and carload just make u look like nobody with clothes...but most girls like the look of soccer players slim, so why not continue...and 15% without carbload will make u look like a absolute sloppy fatso...so I guess I have to continue to stay in shape...
The Coach is absolutely not 15% haha...he is a fat dude almost 300 pound, more like 30-40% bf, delusional of peace! When u have been in shape for some time your perspective start to change...suddenly all these people you thought hade some muscles are just puffy goffy swole fatsos...
-

I'm almost 300lbs? Gimmick of peace. I would bet your account on it but you would only come back as another gimmick.
-
as I said

Nope, she is to rare and beautiful, I bet there have been lots of incidents that force her to hide away and find places where men leave her alone...I once saw her wearing white (it was a killer 10), to much attention I guess, after that all black...

15's buddy Dante and sons also recommends 2 grams per pound but it may be a bit overkill

that's pretty incredible that an Asian female would hhave a round sexy bubble ass, lucky you that you get to see it
Mike Mentzer used to say "take a look at some hot females in the gym, that will get your test levels up"

The last couple of years, I've striven to be leaner and succeeded. For me, this was not difficult. The result is feeling better and clothes fit better. One negative is that it's taken longer for my skin to shrink....maybe this comes with age. One sticking point has been the fat on my lower back (probably not more than a couple of pounds).
I cannot claim to be natural since I inject 100 mg testosterone cypionate weekly to counter some of the effects of hypogonadism. Although I do not intentionally do much to lose weight, my norm is to follow a healthy and balanced diet.
It is my intention to do some form of exercise on a daily basis. I don't always succeed. I prefer weight training over cardio, but try to incorporate at least 10 minutes of cardio each day.
