its slow ass acting decanate with a half life of 15 days, but i can give it a go at eod
200 eod would be 700 per week and 250 eod would be 875 per week, right?
i got test e and i'll run it somewhere btw 125-200 per week, but 200 is max
test sucks dead donkey dicks imho but i guess i gotta run it at trt levels minimum
i also got another 100 tabs of winny @ 10 mg per tab like a dimb fuck so i guess ill just blaat that shit @ 100 a day til i run out of it
Ive discovered that i basically only respond to nor-19s but i dont wanna run tren yet
today i had this, and it will pretty much be my diet with a few different meals from time to time
breakkie: 2 tablespoons of pro powder and coffee with cream and sugar
lunch: a can of tuna in water mixed with vanilla yougurt
snack: chicken breast and more vanilla yougurt
din-din: half a jar of peanut butter and vanilla ice cream with some chocolate sause
training is basically constant tension reps and interrupted sets (per what doc Blakely taught me) and some breakdowns
did legs today which was Blakelys interuppted sets, which is 5 reps, hold near lockout for a count of 10 and then 5 reps again and 10 count hold, repeat 4 times for a total of 20 reps did 4 light sets of it and then 1 series to near failure and on last series did 5, 5, then 3 til failure and force repped 2 extra and that was it
if i compete i will do mens bikini so there is really no sense in building my legs up much as the board shorts will keep em at bay 😂
elbows hurt especailly left one and winny aint helping them any i guess, but ive had the elbow pain now for a good 6 weeks or so, got it from heavy bag work and med ball punches using a 44 pound ball single handedly

started the winny 10 days ago ( so elbow pain was way before it) and started winny @ 20 mg first 2 days then went to 30 mg for next 4 days and then at 40 mg the last 4 days, and today i took 100 mg of it

KL: It was a simple progression. My very first cycle was just test cyp, one shot a week. I am guessing I was doing 400 milligrams per week. After I won my state show and decided I wanted to turn pro, which I did the following year, I bumped things up a bit. I took the test up to 600 milligrams a week, and added in 400 milligrams of Deca and two Anadrols a day, which is 100 milligrams per day or 700 milligrams per week.

Yes EOD on the deca even though it is long acting. I wish I still had the ester chart for blood levels it showed you how much the esters trailed off in the blood stream after a week. You could plug in any injection schedule and it would show you on a graph your blood levels. Anyway I would do this especially since you want to gain as fast as possible. I would also do the test at 25mg eod sub Q. Again this will keep things levels.

Looking at your current anorexic diet I cannot picture you eating that much ie 4 mcdonalds breakfast sandwiches plus hash browns all soaked in mayo, 45 minutes straight at a chinese buffet, followed by and extra large pizza with everything on it plus half a bottle of olive oil.

I had the belly thing going on when I was in my late 20's and did a course of D-bol. It felt good to finally have some size, even if it was partly fat. ;D

ill inject another 500 on weds
and then 500 two more times next week on sat and weds and then after settle on 750 every sat
according to gayson blahahahhahhahhha after 3 weeks there is no need to inject it more often than once a week
also if i can 20-25 pounds by then i will probably go down to 500 a week

i train like a dweeb while on and if i take the right compounds (ie. in my case deca or tren) i make outstanding progress
training is just about stimualting and working the muscle to get it to respond but you dont even have to work very hard (again if the right compounds)
i trained much harder on test and looked worse than when i took deca and trained half ass

why are you focusing on the weight on the bar?
Be There uses fuck all in weights on movements but feels the movement/wprls the muscle and has a championship physique in his fifities.
with your structure you should focus on training similar to what he does, your physique and joints will thank you, especially since you are in your forties
you need to get away frpom that heavy duty arthur jones lazy bullshit and train like a body builder, not a hoister turning purple trying to cheat curl on a machine.

I usually train eveyday twice a day and train each muscle every 48 hours
Im bored to tears coz i have no work except twice a week or sometimes 3 days a week, and basically no friends

Look, its hard to even gain 8-10lbs of lean tissue in a year, all you are going to get in 6 weeks is added water weight and glycogen retention from the gear, 4 weeks after you come off you will be exactly the same as you are now, muscle tissue simply doesnt grow that quickly.

and you gotta remember, my previous best was 170 @ 7-8% so i will be regainng lost tissue that i had before ie. muscle memeory
i wanna hit 75-80 at the same condition so that will be harder

you should check out meetup.com they have all kinds of groups of people with varying interests who meetup, hangout and do shit. I even knew a gal who hung out with a group of people with social awkwardness, I am sure there is a group of people out there you could meet and hang out with, most people are pretty accepting and as long as you don't act psycho or try to creep on the chicks you will ake friends, I joined up a group years ago when I quit drinking as I needed new friends who were not drunks/druggies and not just hang out with people from aa/ca
I would also suggest 2 simple books, how to win friends and influence poeple/ how to stop worrying ad start living both by dale carnegie.
also since you said you used to be an alcohlic, why not join aa? You will make new friends there, also not just with people who went rhoguh alcohol abuse, but dont forget many are current and former narcissists etc and have figured out how to live with different conditions yet leatned to make and maintain relationships with people.
by the way, meetup.com is where people actually meetup for various activities
trust me I have been on both sides of these equations and I am an isolator at heart. the best way to meet people and make friends who will tolerate you is to get out there and try new things. the only I suggest is when you meet people let them do the talking and only talk about yourself if asked a question and briefly. That is the hardest thing about communicating with people, everyone wants to put in their word rather than listen.
just try the opposite to what you think for 2 months and tell me things don't change. as well perhaps look for a job, any job and/or take a course or 2, another way to meet people and learn how to interact again.

15's advices pour moi was ACE, npp, low test and drol in and out
deca shits all over npp in my experience but ACE is good to go, and orals dont do much pour moi
also 15 said that this condition is too ripped and dry for everyday living and i agree
its best to walk around @ 6-7% not sub 5 like i am here

I'm not suggesting you did this, but if someone wanted to fudge on circumference measurements, all they need is a close pin or a paper clip on the tape where it cannot be seen.
Actually, 15.5" (39.5 cm) is pretty good for the average person who spends a reasonable amount of time working their arms. Good job!
