do you think it would make any diff in my results if i hired a trainer to really push me during my physique training?
lately ive just been going half assed but im still making nice gains anyways
yes gear is powerful
today i just trained bis maybe 20 mins with cable curls with a str bar and then with a rope hammer style

Ive really been thinking about going to a gym that has a good deal of fit young and attractive females coz seeing them spikes my test ( even Mentzer used to say this, as he would say "take a rest get a drink of water and get a look at the attractive females as that will get your test levels to rise" 😎)
also, when they are around i push harder to impress them and the i tease them by taking of my baggy top to reveal this 😝

but it hard for me to find a girl who has a good enough body for me to want to train with her
for example, there maybe 100 females who train at my gym, and only 5 of them are training partner whorthy
and 3 of those 5 already train with dudes
i can buy a 3 day pass to another gym some i will check it out and see what kind of talent it has :D

Its your diet, that why you have no energy, you fucked yourself up and created tons of metabolic damage from yo-yo dieting, no matter how much ped's or caffiene you take you are going to feel like shit. Get off everything, go on Palumbo's detox protocol, clear out your system.

that may be right, but the weird thing is that i am gaining already with a supposedly "slow acting" compound ie. Deca-Durabolin
but when i took it before i made decent gains from it in 3 weeks even
so i train like ass and take the right compounds for me ie. Deca and i make gains with little effort, im just curious if id make faster gains if j trained harder?
with real sports the harder and smarter you train you will have better results like shooting jumpers and practiing yoir drive against others
so what is this detox diet in short? i bet its keto with veggies, right? :D

I didn't need to hire a trainer to accomplish my fitness goals. I accomplished my fitness goals with self-drive.
I would just watch Pumping Iron before a workout.

Email Dave at Huge285@aol.com it's not keto, it's zero caffeine, zero gluten, zero red meat, eggs, dairy, zero anabolics. Fast 12 hours a day, you're taking probiotics, apple cider vinegar 5 times a day, theres a bunch of other guidelines, but it's great. Regardless of what people may say about Dave, he knows his shit, especially when it comes to science, nutrition, anabolics, health, training, and he will always email you back. Give it a shot.
