Fucking loads over the years probably too many to remember
Most recently not ridding myself of a bum mate who I’ve helped out our whole adult lives and been shit on several times by the cu nt, most recently deciding half way through a job he didn’t want the work leaving me to finish the job alone.
Not spending more time with me dad when he got diagnose with cancer, was convinced he was so strong and would fight it he’d be around for years still when in reality 5 weeks later he would be gone
Not getting blown of this fat disgusting pig who offered it on a plate in high school but I actually gave a shit what others thought back then
Missing the first two lads holidays abroad as had a bitch of a lass

Pretty much. If one spends time looking back with regrets, how is one expected to go forward with any positive outlook? Everybody has some regrets, however it's best to realize the past is past. Make yourself a better person every day forward is what counts. Unless your an Adolf Hitler. ;D

Not sure if it's a regret, but I wish I knew about working on ships when I was 18, I would have definitely forgone college and went straight to working on ships, I just never heard or met anyone that worked on ships. But I did have a blast in college unforgettable memories, still can't believe I actually graduated, I literally drank everyday for 4 years.

Many regrets, i'm not even sure why i'm still alive! Almost gave up 9 years ago due to too many tragedies in the family combined with broken relationship and a suicide of a friend all at the same time.
After that it has only been lined with injuries and more tragedies so of course there are a lot of regrets.
One of my biggest regrets must've been my choices 10 years ago.

I went too college for a bullshit degree I should of went into nursing school or physical therapy school. I have a good career but I would of started making real money a lot sooner.

One of the silver linings is it seems alot of the younger generation are becoming wisened up or "redpilled" about the whole college issue.

those sound like things that were out of your control? not regrets..dont blame yourself.
I destroyed my marriage and then also nearly my entire life, came close to ending it all as well. That was 4 years ago, since then I live for the day, and only occasional look back and remember those horrible days.

he shouldn't, because if he hadn't made the decisions he did his life could have turned out differently, if your life is good then all your decisions led you there.
Sure he made some bad decisions but if you are satisfied with your life you shouldn't have regrets.

You’ve had some tough times for sure
They don’t sound your fault - don’t blame / punish yourself
For what is unforeseen bad karma
Hopefully you are doing well in yourself
And like it or not stronger & wiser - not bad things

There is something to be said for "playing the field" specially when you're young. High School is too soon to be committed, IMO.

Staying in LA probably. I do well here but If I moved out to Miami two years ago I would be making $250k a year. The money you can make as a personal trainer out there is insane. I can't even find a place to buy in LA because even a half a million dollars gets you a piece of shit. I can get a nice waterfront condo in Florida with that money. LA real estate sucks. A nice house is gonna cost you a million bucks and we really don't have anything spectacular out here.

Let's see...
All starts with starting using Nubain in '00/'01 'bout 6months after after graduating H.S.
... Then started alcohol to deal with the Nubain withdrawal in '02/'03. Was clean for bout a year, then back on alcohol, then on then to deal with alcohol withdrawal, then clean, then back on alcohol.. Then rehab, where I met the dude who set me up for the robbery.. Then prison '06-'11 lol.
Then Dr put me on Tramadol, thinking it was non-addictive (I refused scripts for Percocet, Vicodin, and tylenol3 lol) & was on that for maybe 6-9months before they changed the scheduling of Tramadol and I couldn't get a doctor's appointment for 3 weeks and was in withdrawal and a client just so happen to have 1000 Dilaudid tablets, so I used that for a month before going to Cancun on vacation and came back and turns out I used all of her 1000 tablets in that month (was shooting 14-24mg IV 5-10x a day) and she happened to have friends on heroin, so I started using heroin about 2014 and blew $78,000 on heroin in about 15 to 18 months & used alcohol to detox.. Which led to alcohol relapse on top of heroin relapse. Which led to 2 DUI in Aug '16 (clean off heroin since April 14th 2016, went to rehab April 20th 2016)... Then was having chest pain Aug 12th 2017 and got ANOTHER DUI...
So, regrets? Starting opiates, which led to alcohol.... Which led to every fucking problem/bad thing in my life.

But as you get older..."If I only knew back then what I know now"
I disagree with that last line 10 fold. It's called learning from your mistakes.
learning from your mistakes has nothing to do with having regrets..
You may do something, but that 'something' took you down your current path to where you are, if you are not where you want to be then its to be regretted, if your life is fine then why regret it, because if you chose a different path then you could have ended up with a shitty life like esfitness.

Same here. Being to busy, not being in the moment with them. This of course was related to my mistake of staying with a cold and critical woman in my marriage. That drained lots of energy. Things are much better now and my children are doing fine.

I feel the same way. Once I had kids I realized this. Just think, had you changed one thing in your life the little kids that you have wouldn't be here. Maybe a different kid but not the ones you have. Butterfly effect on so many levels. Take everything as a learning experience and be happy with the life you've created for yourself.

My Equipiose is the best there is, its filtered through three Filipino girls asses, the girls weigh 95, 85 and 75lbs, its essential that they weigh exactly this and it it filtered using heaviest to lightest, I learned to make it like this from a cousins friend who was a close acquaintance of a colleagues brother who knew Pablo Escobar.
I remember it well because it was a Tuesday and it rained in the morning but cleared up later and I was able to go out and get sushi.

I regret never, and I mean never, drinking my carton of milk growing up as a kid in school, I always opted for the juice box instead, and it's probably why I'm not tall ;D Also in relation to this I regret never getting on GH as a kid, the doctors offered to put me on it because I was small and skinny in relationship to normal height and weight to kids my age, but my parents opted not to do it, looking back I wish I would have gotten on that shit, I would have been winning shows like Lee Priest at the age of 15.

School milk is only good if you drink it unflavored. Strawberry and chocolate milk are sugar drinks. If you're 5'8" your tall enough. Maintain good posture and maintain that height. I know, my posture sucks and thusly, I've shrunk nearly 2" from what I was at 18 where I was 1/2" under 6'.
Aren't there side effects from using GH?
Human growth hormone might cause a number of side effects for healthy adults, including:
-Carpal tunnel syndrome.
-Increased insulin resistance.
-Swelling in the arms and legs (edema)
-Joint and muscle pain.
Studies have shown that growth hormone treatment in the shortest children will result in a slightly taller adult height. However, treatment is not given to short healthy children, because, in Europe, the very small increase in adult height is not considered to justify giving years of daily injections.
For men, enlargement of breast tissue (gynecomastia)

Only thing I know is that the people who drank a lot of milk growing up became tall and big as fuck lol. The GH, I'm not sure, my parents decided not to do it, but I think I remember hearing Lee Priest was given it as a child because he was so small and that dude was a beast at like 16.

A coworker would bring me whole milk from his farm. Before taking a drink, I had to shake the cream down. A quart of that every day will definitely make you big. That unadulterated milk and a couple of DBOL cycles and I became the biggest I ever was or have been since (225#). Unfortunately, a lot of it was fat. Today I am 180#.
Lee must have been a midget. He's rather short now (5' 4").

lol@jeffy's arrogance slows.
Sad part of it all is that if I don't respond he'll go on believing he actually *knows* anything about me. Believing his interpretation of whatever I say, is correct. Despite it always being false...... and if I do respond, he gets exactly what he's hoping for; manipulating the thread and turning it into complete shit, as is always his goal.
Jeffy-poo wants to believe, and everyone else to believe as well, that I blame anyone else, much less everyone else, for any problems in my life. Completely blind to the fact that it was my reaction to somebody else's action, generally speaking, that led to the bad choices and bad situations I found myself in.
I knew Nubain was "bad", however i tried it anyway.
Then the tramadol the 2nd time around? I believed I had made the proper decision to go with Tramadol after declining Percocet Vicodin and Tylenol 3. Tramadol caught more people off guard then did Nubain I could just as easy taken the prescription of Percocet, but I choose the " synthetic opioid non-habit-forming non-narcotic pain reliever" that didn't even "get you high", & like millions of other people, found out none of that shit was true.
What I did after that was my choice. Could've sat through weeks of withdrawal (worse than heroin), missed clients, lost income, etc etc etc... But I choose other shit I knew was addictive, thinking it's be a "stop-gap"...& everything after. It's funny how somebody with so little knowledge, if any, of addiction medicin, thinks they're going to sit there and talk out of their ass (apparently "NelsonMuntz" doesn't understand the term talking "out of your ass) and not be called out on it.

lol sure a blog for a guy that makes his entire living through milk touting the "benefits" of milk
if mom is 5'0 and dad is 5'5, you will be short even if you drink 10 gallons of milk a day

In theory, you'd be better off by incorporating aromasin and tamoxifen as well, with estrogen being the reason for growth plates to fuse.

My biggest regret is not being able to meet Adolf Hitler. The greatest political leader in world history.

Why would you consider accounting a shitty subject? High demand and can pay well.
-
How can that be a regret?
You had no choice in the matter, unless you made her like that.
A regret is a negative feeling over something, it doesn't have to something that you did or omitted to be regretted.

sorry, I was going off the dictionary definition rather than one you made up.
regret

1.feel sad, repentant, or disappointed over (something that one has done or failed to do).

Milk is almost as powerful as Kevin Levrones Signature Series for growth. You just need to know WHEN to apply it.

It works wonders, also if you really want to optimize gains in height and muscle sleeping on the floor is essential, preferably with guns/knives/bullets surrounding you as you sleep.

I don't have any regrets. And I will not have anything to regret about further.

Muscle-sleeping is key.
Glocks surrounding you = bigger delts
Sigsauers = bigger lats

LOL @ Tapeworm. Sorry to hear it. ;D
Yet you've claimed to be against the idea of yourself using drugs. How's that work?

I was like 12 bro, I didn't even know what GH was lol, all i knew was it was a drug to help me grow taller, my parents ended up deciding not to do it. Knowing what I know now I wished they would have. I'm not against drugs at all, if it's going to advance your life and improve the quality of your life then I'm all for it, if you're just a dude that's putting your health at risk just to look tough at a bar, then in my opinion it's a terrible decision. I've told stories before of friends who juiced that improved their lives, my friend juiced for a year straight, became a male stripper made 150,000 in one year, took that money and opened up his own business, never juiced again, in my opinion it was well worth it. I have other friends who were being scouted in high school, the coaches juiced them up, going into senior year, both guys got full rides scholarships, one to Michigan, the other to Stanford, both went on to play in the NFL, was it worth it..fuck yeah, so if it's going to improve the quality of your life, take your life to a completely different spectrum the go 4 it. If you are just a gym rat, who is constantly running cycles and just getting bloated and more bald then in my opinion its a terrible decision.

But you're not 12, obviously, and you're saying it as an adult. Doesn't add up.
Why not come clean about it, Go4It, or better yet just don't mention it in the first place. One or the other. It's the in-between bullshit that no one appreciates.

Sister's 4 kids are all 6 foot plus. 2 girls. 2 boys. She's 5'5" and her husband is 5'9".
Gf's kids are 6"2 (at 12 years old) and 6"3. Neither parent is over 5'9".
Exact same scenario with all my first cousins. All 6 of them had children almost a foot taller than they are.
Something is up and sure as shit isn't genetics.

Almost always. My father was 6'5". At my tallest I was a smidgen under 6'. My mom was 5'8". Seems like I hit the middle mark.

I am relatively short (177 cm ,5'8 ish ). In business being tall helps. In my country most guys are 6.1 - 6.4. It gives you more presence and people take you more seriously. Makes life easier.I would definitely like to be taller.
Funny thing is that a small percentage of tall guys seem a bit intimidated by short guys. I dont understand why. Maybe because they ran in to some short fuckers with napoleon syndrome when they were just kids lol.
Wish I was a little bit taller, wish I was a baller....

tall guys feel worse when a shorter guy gets the girl they wanted or the shorter guy is a better athlete
i've never known a tall successful guy that ever acknowledged another guys height whether they were tall or short, they don't need to be concerned about it

Stop whining, you have the perfect length for a bodybuilder.

1. being better with money when I was younger
2.eating clean much younger in life (I mean enjoy food socially)
funny how those go hand in hand
consumer finance is 80% will power and only 20% math (power of choice) and same with diet.
hmm... i will live below my means and not eat trash - simple concept that is mind blowing. biggest hurdles most Americans have are personal finance (relationship with money) and being healthy, they are both all about will power

Traditionally, In business, being tall doesn’t help, being short hurts. But mark zuckerberg and Jeff bezos are 5’7, and bill gates is 5’10. So it doesn’t really matter too much in the modern age if you’re smart.

In a lifetime filled with regrets, my single biggest one is not asking my parents for a set of weights for Christmas when I was in junior high or high school. I know if I had asked, they would have gotten them for me. If I had gotten them, I could have started sooner, and when guys should start lifting. :'( :'( :'( :'(
