because triceps rope extensions are better than close grip bench press. ;)

Just warm up with them, I use around 65 70k max for sets of around 15 reps...
I do them nice and slow and really get inside the muscle.

I compete at National Level in the UK as a result, amazing really.

As far as Ronnie, he didn't have genetically big tricep lateral heads. But bigger long and medial heads. Stan looks the same way.
