He looks good white Vince g looks to be a close second please some one post this correctly as I'm a retarded. He actually looks way better than I thought pretty much pro worthy

Looked good for that specific show. Would need to bring up the calves, hamstrings, and arms a heck of a lot for a real show though. Hardness too.

Best long time powerlifter to bodybuilding transition was Matt/Janae Marie Kroczaleski -

because triceps rope extensions are better than close grip bench press. ;)

Just warm up with them, I use around 65 70k max for sets of around 15 reps...
I do them nice and slow and really get inside the muscle.

I compete at National Level in the UK as a result, amazing really.

As far as Ronnie, he didn't have genetically big  tricep  lateral heads. But bigger long and medial heads. Stan looks the same way.

1) Larry’s goofy strong and seems like a super nice guy. He’d leave more of a mark staying with powerlifting than he will competing in bodybuilding, though. I don’t forsee great achievement in thong battle. (What he says about posing on stage being extremely challenging is 100-percent truth. Only those who have done it, in great condition, can know.)

2) That chink natural guy ... always at least one of these tossers at every show. And he was wearing underwear.
