what do you do when your sleepy draggin ass on the 4th or 5th hour of a 9 hour workday from low calories?
i disagree with low calories approach, you cant summon energy when low on calories

I work on an occasional basis bro
3 days a weeks for 3-5 hours a pop

When I’m working I barely eat,I usually either eat a cup of oatmeal or 10 egg white for breakfast then skip lunch and don’t eat dinner till 7-8.So I run on 200-300 calories from 7-7 and I’m moving constantly on those days when I’m working.I don’t break,I just drink some water thruout the day.That is usually 2-4 days a week April-nov.Never needed food for energy.

Try some true boxing conditioning training and then come talk to me bout hard work lulz
I did that shit for day after day for awhile, hard as fuck training

If you take in an extra 1000 calories from white chicken breast or an extra 1000 from sugar you will gain weight. A calorie is a calorie.
Regarding losing weight I use to run all the time and it's effective but I found a more enjoyable way and it's just as effective. I go for 5 mile fast walks. The fat melts off.

I agree on not needing food for energy I do very similar on work days but skip breakfast instead then around 12 stop for 10 minutes or so and have a ham sandwich and a few bags of crisps

Type II Diabetes it is, calorie is not a calorie; hormones, blood sugar levels etc are all altered depending what type of food you eat. try eating 2000 cals from just sugar dumbass
