When I’m working I barely eat,I usually either eat a cup of oatmeal or 10 egg white for breakfast then skip lunch and don’t eat dinner till 7-8.So I run on 200-300 calories from 7-7 and I’m moving constantly on those days when I’m working.I don’t break,I just drink some water thruout the day.That is usually 2-4 days a week April-nov.Never needed food for energy.
