Don't get your goals though. Nothing destroys powerlifting more than dieting and running.

Think he just wants to be lean and strong.dont have to be huge and bloated to be strong as hell.Guy is a lean beast.

Nice work.
A double body weight bench press (touch and go is cool) is still the absolute gold standard in bench pressing. It is extremely rare to find a legit 2X body weight bench presser.

Most getbiggers are legit 2x bw bench pressers

Ive always had an obsession with strength size and speed. My lifetime goals were a double bw bench a 4.4 40 yard dash and a 40 inch vertical. One off the list. By training for these I also stay in shape so it’s a win win situation. I can’t just train to “look good” or “for chicks” because you don’t even need a physique to get women ...I need a legitimate goal in front of me.

I reckon with the aid of the buffet, I would be able to rise to the occasion. I range from 1.7-1.85x bw natural.

Strength training specifically for personal goals is pretty fun, my training partner for a while weighed 188-190 and could do 405 for a double easily, could have gone for 3 and 455 max raw under 200 pounds, some serious strength, his deadlift with the same bw was around 650 with just a belt
-
i thout mike ohearn did 405 at 18 years old
-
I was expecting 421 lbs for 21 reps

Is he a darwf? i.e. 5'6" or under?
And what's his ethnic heritage/background?

And ... was he drug-free?
Drawfs have a much easier time demononstrating Str with thier stubby short arms and legs which makes it much easier to lift big weights coz they only have to move the weight a few fucking inches
-
Pretty good for a 22 year old. ;D
-
Hunk !

nice work

5’11 so not short, no short limbs either, just strong bastard ;D
American white mutt guy, probably a million different mixes :D gotta have some German, Russian or eastern euro in him lol
-
And ... was he drug-free?
Not drug free, not heavily juiced either, test, and tren mainly, gym rat physique, probably year round 10 percent or 11 percent bf
Just a strong dude, always have been, squats are also close to 600 but by far it’s the weakest of the 3 lifts in comparison
-
Your form sucks for a max lift, zero leg drive.
-

I benched 160 kg @ 75kg bodyweight without using an Gear.
That was it my younger (23) less informed days,
Though I was into competing in Powerlifting.
-

Agreed, pretty mellow set up for a max lift. If the set up got fixed a bit, he would've probably came really close or got it.

That’s very impressive lifting at that weight
At Approx 86kg
Benched 184kg
Squated 272.5kg
Deadlifted 295kg
Total 751+kg
Does he compete in powerlifting
If not he should
He could do very well.

No, he doesn’t, just lifts for personal goals and has been doing it I think since 2000 give or take
A lot of strong dudes here in Destination and metroflex, I’ve been following josh Bryant techniques and his program, good stuff

I don’t see how this is possible. A guy lifting those numbers would not be able to stay below 200lbs at 5’11 he would be too muscular. Unless he has below average bodybuilding/mass gaining genetics. He may of been 210 and just lied to you. 185 5’11 guy benching 455 could easily drop to 181 class and give some world records a run

Very very impressive for a non-drawf of limited GERMANIC ancestry ;D

Yes as you say why not go after a couple of American / world records
I find the numbers hard to believe
Having competed internationally they are very strong lifts.
Just some random gym lifter with no particular goal or interest in powerlifting
I say he ought to consider giving it a proper go, likely if he’s doing them numbers
At that weight he could go onto do very well.

Kick-ass, son! I never attempted that much weight, even though I was substantially heavier and had more favorable leverages (read: I was shorter and fatter :).
I'm curious, however, as to how you came to your handle. Obviously it wasn't a Flintstones reference.

Of course there are going to be non believers ::) why would I lie, it’s not like I’m doing these lifts, ok here’s another one of the guys I know doing 455 under 200 pounds, he’s 5’8, this guy documents his lifts with vids and is another guy that doesn’t compete hahaha! I love how we have all these strong lifters here that make all guys call them out as bs
For DJ this guy is Asian ;D
Come down to Texas and see for yourself how strong these guys are

There’s an Asian guy on YouTube that weighs in the 150’s doing 405 bench press
Just like how say you can do all these feats there are others that can do them as well
What’s so hard to believe? Now all of a sudden you calling bs on others hahahaha
Like I said I don’t bs on here, never have, never will, there’s nothing to gain from me, come down to Texas and see for yourself

Not I didn’t flat out believe them & neither did I call you a liar.
Are you reading comprehension skills lacking ?
why are you so overly protective of what you said.
I couldn’t care less how much he does or doesn’t lift it makes
Zero difference in any way to me.
They are strong lifts & good for him.

No worries mate
I see you are in the UK, what’s the strongest lifts you seen for guys under 200 pounds? Yourself or others?

Good point
My social skills suckass and it's very hard for me to keep relationships lol

How many push ups can you do, Flintstones?

How many push ups can you do, Flintstones?
What lol? I do weighted pushups to keep the shoulders healthy put some 45's on your back. I do believe they are great for increasing bench press strength. Look at those guys that bench 300 the first time they try, they got that strength from pushups and dips. Gymnasts have jacked upper bodies, by not making weighted pushups pull-ups and dips a priority you are seriously holding back your development IMO.

The most competitive class in powerlifting is the 98ers

I just wanted to know how that carries over.

I’m now well into my 50s & have seen some great lifters through the 80s/90s & early 00’s
Far to many to list - since the early 00s I’ve only been to a handful of comps,
To many federations/ to many suits / shirts / wraps / & god knows what else
Let alone the half arsed lifting being allowed.
Though saying that I see a lot more Raw lifting going on now (via internet)
And many immensely strong lifters out there.
-

Much more impressive with no leg drive, used to do my maxes with feet on bench.Much more impressive.
