Title: Does Anyone Work Harder Than Dave Palumbo?
Post by: stuntmovie on August 29, 2018, 10:01:55 AM
I'm not familiar with similar bodybuiling update websites, so this is a genuine question.

Does anyone work harder than Dave to produce a daily bodybuilding/fitness update website such as RXMuscle?

I visit RXMuscle a couple of times each week abd am somewhat amazed by the amount of related information he and his staff provides .

I know that Dave and his family now reside in Florida and that he has his own  RXMuscle production studio on site, but I hve no idea how many hours  .... nor how many production assistants are involved on a daily basis .... but it does appear to be a major operation requireing major expenditures.

I personally think that he is doing a damn fine and commendable job , but I'd like to know if there are other "reporters' within the game who provide valid info such as Dave and his fine staff are doing.

And how many individuals are involved within RXMuscle and how  many hours each week is  Dave actually working?

Elon Musk works 500 hour weeks.

That’s because he controls the space/time continuum.

Elon Musk works 120 hour weeks, and tweets 500x a day.
Shed a tear for him.

Two contracts ago I worked 270 days straight, 10 hours a day, not sure what kind of hours Dave puts in but I may have him beat.

Let's review:

He doesn't do any physical labor. So his job isn't hard in the conventional sense.

He doesn't have any regular hours. So his job doesn't require him to be somewhere on time, clock in, or wake up with an alarm.

He has all expenses paid travel to bodybuilding events, expos, seminars, contests, etc. and his only responsibility is to hold a microphone and stammer out a few softball questions to his guests in that awful fucking voice of his for 5-10 minutes.

He submits videos to his YouTube channel from the comfort of his home while sitting down at a table and providing literally zero interesting or entertaining content, just the usual summaries of industry events and answering the occasional user-submitted questions, except of course those regarding his exact drug protocols when he competed and the reason distended stomachs were named after him.

Yeah, hard-worker all around.  ::)

Just wait a minute. He has a facility to run. At least he has a side hustle/business (that is un-related to bodybuilding) unlike others in bodybuilding.

Didn’t he get busted once for being a snake oil salesman.

By which you mean he pays some dumb broad to answer the phone and some cousin to handle the accounts receivables/payables while his accountant does all the tax stuff once a year and he sits in an office calling the shots or doesn't show up at all, just like Branch at his "import/export" company.

These guys don't work. Steady hours and consistent productivity are exactly what they didn't want and why they chose "bodybuilding" as a job.

Not sure her use of baldness-causing steroids and her father's non-existent hair genetics are the best idea for a woman who doesn't Stallone's hairpieces for a standby whenever she leaves the house once it all starts falling out. Already looks thin in that photo. Whatever it takes, right?

She’s no relation to Dave, but she’ll be dabbling in the shoe polish game in no time. Whatever it takes

Well, he’s figured why sell the snake oil, and not sell the snake instead? At some pretty steep prices.

Since he's become a father he doesn't attend any bodybuilding events but he does do significant physical labor. Imagine how long it takes each day to paint those hair transplants so they look like a full head of hair.   He also has shoulder problems so it must be painful too.

I hear Just for Men's Real Black color is backordered every time he changes wigs. Something about not being able to keep up with demand or missing the dyes needed to give him his signature shoe polish look.

KWON3. Thanks! You have convinced me that Dave works harder than I had origninally 'thunk'.

Hell! .... I have a hard enough time just posting the shit I post every once in a while when I don't have more important shit to get done.

So you have convinced me that Dave is a damn hard worker simply because he has to see that this shit you posted has to get poster ever shitty day  before the next day's intertnet comes up.

I just hope that Dave reads this and says that I am the best damn person he's ever met ..... but he won't simply due to the fact that I fucked up our 'buddy-ness' years ago when he was married(?) to a nice young lady named "Phyliis" ..... but I are dumb and I could be mistaken.

Some of the inside-shit you GetBiggers have yet to know is "incomprehensible".

Now I gotta look up what the hell  "incomprehensible'" means.

He does? I'm pretty sure I made him out to be another lazy POS like every other BBer out there involved in the industry. Unless you're being facetious, then by all means, let's let that joke sink in.

Dave sure does read the board, as does Bob Chick who logs into his account daily but is too scared to post, because he's a spineless, man parts-grabbing ex thong-warrior with the intellectual instruments of a crushed snail under a Peterbilt.

KWON3, With all due respect for one who has never met neither Dave nor Bob ... I have to respectfully state that you are deeply mistaken.

I  might suggest that we never judge an individual based on how they are judged on an internet board such as this.

But if you know either personally and find fault, then SPEAK UP AND LET IT BE HEARD!

I don't know George Soros or Nancy Pelosi personally, but I both think they're human garbage. I guess you prefer the personal touch before passing judgment. That's very noble of you. I'm less magnanimous. If I don't like you. nothing you say or do is going to change my opinion.

That's correct, I don't know them personally. Is this a source of discomfort or unhappiness for you? Because that wasn't my intention, friend.
