Let's review:
He doesn't do any physical labor. So his job isn't hard in the conventional sense.
He doesn't have any regular hours. So his job doesn't require him to be somewhere on time, clock in, or wake up with an alarm.
He has all expenses paid travel to bodybuilding events, expos, seminars, contests, etc. and his only responsibility is to hold a microphone and stammer out a few softball questions to his guests in that awful fucking voice of his for 5-10 minutes.
He submits videos to his YouTube channel from the comfort of his home while sitting down at a table and providing literally zero interesting or entertaining content, just the usual summaries of industry events and answering the occasional user-submitted questions, except of course those regarding his exact drug protocols when he competed and the reason distended stomachs were named after him.
Yeah, hard-worker all around.
