been taking lean1 protein shakes n this other plant protein shake , the 2nd shake has erythritol in it and u gotta be careful taking it at night i think that shit thickend my blood up too much felt anxiety n heart beat too fast
blending up cabbage or a veggie is also good to calm ur body of the effects of these plant protein shakes that might be too strong
im going hardcore with higher protien and ditching carbs except for beans n watsever carbs in soy milk ill just have to accept
also drinking as much beer as i feel like too , beer gives me energy and puts me in an exceptional mood
i love lemon juice concentrate in water with stevia too just like lemonade

High carb is only good for diabetes, heart disease, blood sugar spikes, sleepiness, and bloating. No one I know with a hard body got that way with "cheat" days or permabulking.
High protein, low-medium carb with morning pre-meal cardio or post-workout cardio and 4-5 days of moderate-weight training is how you do it.

i tried with potatoes oats fruits wheat ectu just get superstuffed n sleepy
now i will get lazy ,when this happens i have beer

Pumpkin seeds/pepitas are the new lawn clippings. A falcon can't fly with the whole pumpkin but the seeds are no problem.

Sounds like broscience, unless you’re eating 26 apples in one sitting.
I eat apples, bananas, raspberries, blackberries, etc., and have never felt these affects.
Of course, everyone is different. Nonetheless you would have to eat a crap ton of fruit to feel sleepy.

I can easily live on fruit (jack & dragon fruit,durian,mango) & amino acids (Musashi brand) smoothies. No protein shakes & no booze.

Well, it’s definitely not an Olympia stack but if it doesn’t make much of a difference, why not be natural? Seems a waste of money. Most people I know aren’t on test and have no clue what GH is, so it’s hardly normal to be on those things.

If I'm taking TRT test have you thought maybe I can't be "natural" any more? As if having levels around 800-900 at 26 is super natural lol

I'm not your doctor. There's no way for me to know your test levels or whether your nuts are shot off because you pumped yourself full of hormones and can't produce any of your own anymore. GH has nothing to do with restarting your test, either, so you're clearly double dipping with that. If you're on prescribed TRT, that's fine, not judging, but stop comparing yourself to a natural, because you're still more enhanced than us, which means you can have a somewhat more lenient diet and still hold some mass and conditioning.

PRO bodybuilder has, yeah.
I didn't say anything about those guys. As you may have noticed, they're not very popular on this board, since all we do is trash them all day. The guys I know who don't take shortcuts and diet/train all year look awesome for being natural. True, there's not a lot of them because it's fucking hard work, but not everyone needs drugs to have a decent physique. I'd say anyone on steroids in their late 20s or 30s has major mental issues.

ok lost some bloat im more defined but scale hasnt changed my only carbs are.very minor from beans
my diet is beans lentils pea protein thats it no nuts no seeds, some tempeh or nutmilk or soymilk, spinach n water shake, my fats are low just minor stuff added
i trried to do a mild 100g carb up with some bread n pasta at night during my workout , i feel it gave me a couple extra sets , 6 total sets , maybe i need to carb up with fruit juice
the reason why i carbed up slightly was that im feelin lazy, not sleepy but lazy to lift. thats the problem now. i do look leaner n less bloat my body feels good especially now its getting cooler outside
this high protein diet definitly makes u warmer , i see wimps already with jackets on lol. this is the first day im not perfusley sweating
