My minimum is 20 total close grip pushups perday no matter what. I usually get 15 then do 5 more right after 10 seconds rest
After i do this, i go to work ect
If i have energy left i practice my karate kicks and punches or sprints
After that if i still have energy , i hit some heavy compound exercises
