I cannot say this enough - 12-18 whole eggs a day has been one of the best bbing/diet changes i have ever made.
the best brand I have found in terms of taste and almost no gas is Vital Farms. brown shells with bright yokes.
$5.99 for 18 eggs but in terms of dollar per gram of quality protein it is cheap! yes they are 3x more expensive than wal-mart eggs but the taste is there, quality.

i just wanted to share how whole eggs have been such a game changer for me and the premium brands are def worth the extra money

No carb?
i am not totally on no carb at the moment. but just add 12-18 whole eggs a day to your diet and the feeling is fucking amazing. vince Gironda was right. it is the closest feeling to be on a cycle "when consuming large quantities of whole eggs"
i digest eggs so much better than other forms of protein and the whole egg is the building block of life.

I’ve been low carb most of the time and eating around 6 eggs on avg a day.
I have had fat loss and no real loss of strength. I have to pop a laxitive like once a week as constipation is problem.
I have also noticed that I have killer workouts the morning after crushing huge ribeyes. I meal prep tri tip with the fat cap still on, and get the same effect. I’m usually under 30 carbs a day.

yes. one of the biggest game changers for me is large quantities of whole eggs. I strive for 18 whole eggs a day.
i make 6 at a time
-scramble up 6 whole eggs and add in tablespoon of Dijon mustard (I like the mustard with lots of seeds)
-i keep my eggs a little on the runny side
eat with ketchup and i am in hog heaven.
i can make/eat/clean 6 whole eggs in about 15 minutes.

I've been running liquid egg whites for a while. $2.97 for a tall 32 oz. carton. Can't beat it.

Obviously keep up the variety. If you don't, one day you will wake up and suddenly "hate eggs" and then you will ruin the protein source for months until you can tolerate eggs again.
Hard boiled
Scramble with cheese
Sunny side up in a tortilla
With salsa
With ketchup
With mustard
On toast
Mixed with oatmeal
With grits
Drink them
On your burger
With ground hamburger.

I tried eggs with oatmeal a few times, but it didn’t work for me.
Your list is great, though: on or in a burger.
I add 2-3 eggs to my baked ziti dishes (lb of pasta and a lb of sausage, beef, or chicken).

The amazing feeling comes from the gear not the $5 eggs

Here in northern England loads of people still have allotments and keep chickens so fresh eggs are in abundance and your right they are far better than eggs bought from the shop that come from caged hens

that's 90g of fat from the eggs alone...what does the rest of your diet look like and total grams of fat/day???

i follow a keto/bbing diet. which works best for my bodytype. (meso) i do not need many cals to feel and look good. i am not trying to add size
total fats are around 120-130 which is around 60-65% of my bodyweight
protein is around 180 - 200 grams a bit less than 1 gram of protein per bodyweight
carbs are 50-75 grams
i dont digest steak or chicken as well as i do with eggs and fish.... i struggle with the taste/smell

True, but I got tired of eating it in various ways. I don't care how top notch your chef skills are, you ARE going to get sick of it.
I got a half gallon of Muscleegg for free once and absolutely loved it. But at $50+ for a big jug (16 servings), it's a rip. 16 servings with liquid egg whites only costs me $12. You can flavor it with 1/4 cup low fat chocolate milk or what I do is add a teaspoon of flavored Skinny Syrup type flavoring to it. (0 carbs, 0 sugars).
Each serving is about 30 grams protein and I tend to follow it with a spoon of all natural PNB for the healthy fats.

Q: Where do premium eggs come from?
A: Premium chickens.

When I was poor eggs were the staple of my diet. Great fat and protein source and super cheap. Still love eggs for breakfast. When I was younger I worked at an egg farm for 1 day and couldn't eat eggs for months afterwards because the smell would make me sick.
