They did some different exercises with the machines but there is a lot of bro science.
Why load the machine with a weight you cant get the desired rep range? If forced reps are the goal why use a heavy weight for excess reps.
Also pre exhausting a muscle wont prevent an injury especially if you're doing forced reps.
There were some other standard one liners in there but ive proved my point.

Checked the federal records and it looks like the trial for PJ and Aaron is pushed back to June 2020 on their request. There's over a million documents related to the case. PJ and Aaron asked for a time extension to review all the docs. The government said they've had ample time but the judge sided with the snake oil salemen. Their legals bills are gonna be sky high I would think.

According to his financial affidavit, PJ is not a multimillionaire. He pays himself 30k a month out of Blackstone but that seems to be quickly eaten up with expenses. I would say most of PJ's net worth is tied up in Blackstone. I think he owns 65% of the company. He has 590k in tax liens and now the USA has a lien against his and Aaron's primary residences.

Anyone can be persuaded to do anything, whether illegal or legal or right or wrong. So, thats a lot of cash . . . Lets look at it.
So the IRS takes 50% or $15,000 a month now we have $15,000. A lease on the Ferrari or Benz is $3,000 a month, plus insurance ( How much does Ferrari 488 car insurance cost? The 488 Spider's average insurance rate is $868 per month or $10,416 per year. That cost is nearly $9,000 above the national average of $1,426 per year.Apr 26, 2019 ) so for the purpose of quick math call it 1K. We are now down to $11,000 and havent paid a morgage payment, turned the lights on, paid home insurance, eaten, bought our gear and on and on and on.
To me $30,000 a month for two years and I'd be set for life, these showoffs ( including sleezy singerman ) have legal bills coming out of their ass, PJ owes the IRS BIG CASH, getting a divorce which means more money going out. I am not saying this a reason or an excuse to live this way.... but it is not shocking to see someone like him spend big (whether he can afford it or not) he is not old money or slow and steady traditional money. also the supplement/fitness industry you need to be larger than life (Rich Piana case and point) this is not white collar consulting/coding/number crunching.... imagine sells in this biz

he is young money and this what young money does - they blow it 8) and run into legal and IRS issues. very standard stuff - happens all the time
A couple of bad personal choices, IRS issues, bad business moves (career ending injury for sports guys) and that is it. plus if you are living like a millionaire you will continue to live this way even after you are broke/falling - running on credit/leverage. its mentally hard to shift down as your income drops/wealth drops.
it happened to me with the real estate/mortgage bust in 2007 to 2009 so I speak from personal experience. and being a lender Ive seen it from the other side of the table too. easy money - easy go (or some similar statement)

Is the cash crunch on because of the legal issues, or have people had enough of watching him put his wife and kids in the ads. Also, have to wonder if the Olympia would allow a company who is under federal incitement to have a booth at the expo?

is anyone surprised he spends big and lives big? He does not have much of a business background, no formal business degree and plus bbing/supplements it is part of an image you give out to the world.
its not personally "PJ" but it a simple stereotypical rags to riches and spend big mindset. you see it with NBA players, NFL players, actors, entertainers etc. the money comes fast you think it will never end and plus most are not educated enough to realize long term finances etc etc

How did this even come up in this thread? PJ sure isn't a trained fighter. Pretty common knowledge a smaller trained guy will whup a bigger untrained guy. Bodybuilders are some of the biggest fake tough guys there are. Uncoordinated muscle bound messes.
