I could go cheaper but I enjoy spending money on quality food. I do shop at Whole Foods and Safeway. i use to be Whole Food shit talker, but I love going there.
id rather cut cost elsewhere than on food (this has nothing do with bbing gains) but being healthy #1. you are what you eat
my electric bills are cheap, I don't buy electronics, streaming services, drink booze etc.
bulking for bbing can be cheap.
rice, eggs, oats, potatoes, chicken, peanut butter, coconut oil, bananas, ground chuck is all you need...
i miss bulking - god damn i could bulk - never again will I bulk
-
$5.71 per day?
Yep...prob even less. I buy in bulk, nothing frozen or processed and prepare the meals from scratch

You can get most of that food for free.
When I was in Sylva saving up to move to Greenville, I managed to do it at 15 dollars a week.

40 dollars a week
Ok, I know you're good with budgeting and frugal with your money and that always a good thing, but how the hell do survive on $40 a week for food?

Vince when you were in your worst shape and most over weight you were eating on $15 a week? How were you in such a caloric surplus that you gained all that weight?
Aslo i'm calling you on your Sam's club buying in bulk at $40 a week claim. Sam's bulk pricing is not a significant savings, especially compared to weekly ads grocery stores run, and you need a $100 a year membership. That's $8 a month that you haven't factored in.
Please post your receipts.

LoL as if vince got that fat from chicken and broccoli
40 bux a week is his icecream and donut account

VVV also does mystery shopping to supplement his income. This includes multiple Church's chicken meals comped per week.
