I was about to ask myself to do the same thing.
Lol, everyone is a critic on here. The_Coach_Is_Back_! is in better shape than 99.999999% of people is age, and is in better shape than most men in the prime of their lives, yet fails to meet Getbig standards.
-

Lol!
Ok, this critique is valid.

Was on a gram of test weekly for 8 months just dropped to 750mg weekly. My recent bloodwork was perfect everything was in range. This wasn’t luck it’s called knowing how to use gear properly.
-
Goodmorrow,
Did you have your hormone levels checked? What were they? Glad to here all other tests were within range.
GODSPEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Unless you have a dye test, there is no way to know if atherosclerosis is setting in. Blood tests are useless for that. And atherosclerosis is linked to steroid use.

Btw, you do look great on the outside, Joe.

That's impressive. Enlighten as to how to use gear properly. Legitimate question as in most cases I have seen even using a more "natural" substance such as test at those doses there are some issues with bloodwork.

What portion on my labs would you like to know about? I did a Chemistry panel, estradiol, psa and DHT. DHT was high but my psa was a .1 and I have a full head of hair and I’m not a kid. I have no desire to use propecia as it probably more harmful than Test.
-
I hope you live to be 101. I really do with no health issues.
I use to talk with Casey Viator through the computer. The conversation if I could remember was about bodybuilding health of steroid users. He told me all blood tests came back perfect telling me about his comprehensive tests. He died about a year after that of a heart attack. More to health than blood results. Almost half of all clog type heart attacks happen to people with good cholesterol readings. What's your resting heart rate? How strong is your heart based on a Vo2 test? How fast does you heart rate return to normal after exertion? How's your blood pressure? How's your EKG under exertion? How's the blood viscosity?
-
Genetic heart abnormalities don't show up on blood tests.

Not really blood work. From your posts it seems like you know what would be warning signs on those. Moreso what are you doing differently then others when you are referring to knowing what you are doing to keep those numbers at a healthy range. DHT and estrogen can both be elevated in my opinion when taking test and don't see anything wrong with that provided they aren't crazy.

Not that it can't happen, but I personally have no predisposition to heart disease or cancers. Both grandmothers lived into their late 90's. One grandmother stated smoking in her late teens then when she was finally admitted into a rest home at 93 there were no signs of a black lung or any indication she even smoked. The second grandmother died a week before her 100th birthday.
My father died at 54, he was a workaholic, drank a six pack a night, ate twice a day and smoked since he was 14. Even though he was only 145lbs (most of his life) he went into a coma in the middle of the night due to sleep apnea. My biological grandfather on my dad's side was a retired cop that smoked and drank and died at 68. No one workout or anything that would be deemed as healthy. Can't exactly remember what my grandfather dies of but it wasn't heart or cancer-related. My grandfather on my mom's side died of diabetes with both legs removed because of it. He was a train conductor for then, Santa Fe railways.
But, I will say to the younger generation that wants to bodybuild on a serious level, check family history and see what you might be predisposed too.
Side note, I had a CT scan (heart) about 4-5months ago so this just isn't the blood test

Sounds good, Coach.
From what you said you have a 50/50 chance of living to 100.
;D

When people make comments about gear use most make the comments off the cuff without thinking. They don't take into consideration that, when it comes to competitive bodybuilding, that it's usually the last week or two before the show is the hardest through cutting carbs then into the depletion phase (if needed) and usually not during the initial prep and leading up to the two-week countdown.
They're not taking into consideration that diets are clean, training every day, cardio every day, dropping weight and fat are all contributions to a healthy lifestyle and that even though gear is used (depending on how much and what compounds) that person, if prepped right, is infinitely in better health than the average person on here or just about anywhere, therefore, blood panels will more than likely come back better than average, of course, genetics ALWAYS comes into play.
I can tell you when you go to the "what did you eat today" thread, most in that are (by definition) malnutrition also, looking at and remembering some of the posts on here from the past, most drink, smoke both cigarettes and/or weed, vape, eat like shit (most of the time) do some kind street drug besides weed, overweight, etc So when I hear people bagging on steroid users I have to laugh because it's more than likely they're doing shit waaaaaaaaaay worse than a steroid user that CYCLES ON AND OFF.
You're also lumping all steroids into the same category not thinking that some are more or less toxic than the other couple that with the use GH and maybe insulin, you cut (or should) down on the steroid use, no, GH isn't a steroid.

Super clean diet:whole eggs, fish, lean ground turkey and natural peanut butter. No garbage. No red meat. I control estrogen with 1mg of adex weekly, I use 1200mg of red yeast rice daily to control cholesterol. I use a high potency milk thistle product for liver health, as well as 4g of fish oil daily. I donate blood every 58 days. No alcohol. At 6’ and 202lbs this AM and all my bloodwork in range I’m obviously doing things right. Also use a variety of other vitamins all from Life Extension.

If you want better blood work, up the berry intake.

Coach, may I ask why? Wouldn't it help to know whether you're progressing in size to have a basepoint on which to measure?

Just never felt the need too. Every once in a while I’ll get curious then I just forget about it

No geared up bodybuilder should be taken seriously when he says all his lab values are normal. It’s all BS.

I’m Bbsschlemiel. See my name here. I can’t think of a reason you should care.
Re: generally better health at end of prep
Getting to 4-6% bodyfat to be shredded to the bone onstage requires low-level starvation.
If you or anyone posts lab values including GFR, BUN, Cre, hct, hgb, estradiol, lipid values, liver function related lab values, I will simply be proven wrong. And I’m fine with being proven wrong.

Find the quote where I said at the END of prep. The END of prep involves usually the last week or two unless the competitor is WELL behind in his/her prep

how would you know what "most people" on here do
BTW - from your posts we know you spent the past few years being overweight and you've posted about drinking too. Not sure how much of the time you eat like shit but I suspect that you didn't get so fat that you were scared of dying in your sleep from eating fish, veggies and rice.

I read and remember certain posts especially when they say what their habits and addictions are. Have you started working out yet or still just pretending. My being fat was still at 16% even when I didn’t train as much. You still have much to learn.
Define drinking...lol.

What was ur stack?

unlike you I've never stopped working out or eating healthy in the last 30 years
That's why, again unlike you, I have no fear of dying in my sleep

We'll never know but you do admit to smoking weed on a daily basis, in that case, I'll take my chances.

Absolutely false but then you're a Trumptard and a moron so It's not unusual that you're also a liar
feel free bump any post where you think I said that or just go ahead and admit you're a liar

Girls and sons who have not been loved by their fathers seek attention once teens and adults to compensate for what they didnt have originally. Fathers either left them alone, or were distant most of the time and not encouraging them. Some even despised them which would shape their personality and the way they'd interact with others for the rest of their life. They are extremistic in everything they do, always looking exageratly for attention, and have troubles adapting to society's rules, because they also have troubles defining their own identity and respecting authority and hierarchy.
Also boys who got picked on by others during childhood and adolescence -often sons without a father figure- try to compensate by lifting weights, to develop muscles and survive in ther male world. They're insecure because they're girly, childish, feminine having been raised by a single mom. They lift obsessively hoping it will transform them into men, to compensate for their lack of influence from a father figure that was not there. Unfortunaltey they can get as big as they can it doesn't cure their insecurity and who they truly are, how they grew up being raised by a single mom. They're not as manly as other men whatever they do, and they often have a big lack of masculine presence they don't know how to balance, hence often being borderline homosexuals while trying to get their manhood back thru various manly activities (mma, cars, weight lifting etc). They are often the ones that, in order to get respect from other males will go the steroids route to get even "bigger" attempting to cure their insecurity, but being natural not being "enough", they still feel "too small", insecure, amongst other males. The lack of a father figure also often means they didnt have guidance to continue studies and are often working shitty manual jobs.

I don't take kindly to disrespect. Not on the internet, not in person, not in a grocery store parking lot, not in line at Walmart, not in a restaurant, not at the beach, not at the dry cleaners...anywhere.
People talk about the 'pussyfication' of America, yet they run their mouths thinking they won't get slapped and get their arm broken in front of their friends.
Spent many years in a place where if you talk slick and say something out of line to somebody, you know that when you say it, you better be ready for what happens. most people here in the 'real world' aren't ready for what could happen...and run their mouths like the world is a make-believe cartoon. Despite wearing nice slacks, polished shoes and a nice shirt, the guy you steal that parking spot from at the grocery store and proceed to flip off, may have just gotten out of prison and will have no problem identifying the bitch in you and proceed to teach you a lesson by taking you down to the ground and kicking out your teeth before you even know what happened.
The guy who's willing to go the furthest, wins. If you're not willing to go all the way, it's best you keep your mouth shut and move on, and make it to the next day.

Goodmorrow,
I'm still waiting for the post contest hormone level bloods. Please post I'd love to see normal levels non-elevated from environmental factors like Plastic water bottles putting too much testosterone into the bodies.

Yup, but just a retard muscle board (or it used to be about muscle) no need to be so serious here.
Im sure youre an OK guy, I have good friends who are insane libbies, they are like a retarded relative, you just love them and deal w/ them.
Post some good muscle info (training, supps, diet) and most here would talk civilly.
