The dems are insane!
-
They've been insane for years.
-
The dems are insane!
Bunch of psychotics.
-
In Hollywood they're called B-movie actors.
-
Can any of our resident demtards cite any proposed policies of any of the current candidates they are in favor of with a supporting argument?
Border control
Immigration
Education
Health care, single payer, medicare expansion
Abortion
Foreign policy
Gun Control
Climate change ::)
-
The Dems want:
1.) open borders that will flood us with millions and millions more from around the world, which will include many violent criminals, and taxpayers will have to pay for their healthcare.
2.) open borders that will flood us with millions and millions more, which will include many violent criminals (gang members, terrorist, etc.) and the dems want to take away our ability to defend ourselves by doing away with our right to own a gun.
You liberals are insane.
-
3.) considering the average family doctor can handle 1500 to 2000 patients a year, so how long of a wait is it going to be to see a doctor once the border is open and we are flooded with millions and million from 3rd world countries? 6 month waiting period? 12 months wait? 18 month wait? 24 month wait?
liberals are insane.
-
Morons still believe in man-made global warming... or climate change... or whatever it is being called now? ::)
Hilarious. ;D
-
1.I'm NOT with the liberal "open borders" dems but I don't think we should separate kids from parents either.
Stopped reading here, an American citizen that breaks the law is separated from their kids while they serve time, illegal immigrants don't deserve special treatment.
-
It's called the SCIENCE of Climatology.
It's based on objective measurement and data analysis.
I'll refrain from insulting you as that serves no constructive purpose.
Instead, I'm curious what you find wrong with the data collection and/or analysis on climate change?
Thanks.
Do some more research. Climate change has been a tool for the left since at least the 60's. Global cooling, population explosion, poisoned oceans, acid rain, global warming and now climate change always has the same cure:BIG GOVERNMENT taking over private industry. The reason why they are now saying we only have 12 years left is because the Sun goes into another cooling cycle in 2030 so they'll have to be warning of global cooling again. Every thing the left does is meant to gain more power for government to rule over your life through taxes and regulations and especially have more power over private business.

The issue is they are looking at a microcosm of time in the earths life
We are all aware they’re have been hotter & colder times than now,
Also the Need for Taxes & Regulation on anything for our own good ::) makes it highly suspicious.
I’d say that aeroplanes / cars / factories/ bombs Coal & wood fires etc have had some effects
How much is not known.
Climate change is on going it’ll be different in a thousand years & ten thousand years
With or without humans.

1.I'm NOT with the liberal "open borders" dems but I don't think we should separate kids from parents either.
Trump promised he would build a wall and Mexico would pay for it. We're still waiting for Mexico to send wall $$ LOL.
I say we strongly secure the border, BUt have a simple, well organized "guest worker" program.
You know damn well the separation has been in place for years - law says you can't house children with adults. Secondly, you KNOW damn well a vast number of these so-called "families" are not families at all. So what you're saying is that since the $$ aren't directly coming from MX, then fuck the wall? If the wall was directly paid for by MX, then you'd be all for it? ::) Even without the wall, Congress could easily improve the border situation.
2. Bush and the GOP came up with the "no child left behind" disaster, so I'm not with republicans on education policy.
Betsy Devos may be the worst sec of education in US history. The platform the libs are running on now is that “the government should fund higher education and wipe out student debt. They want MORE funding for K-12 education even though enrollment has been on and is in a steady decline.
3. Trump's health care "plan" is a big mystery. He campaigned on health care simply declaring his plan would be something a lot better and cheaper. Ok what's the plan Mr President? I know plenty of folks don't like "Obama care" but you can't insure MORE people for less $$.
BOTH sides refuse to embrace the basic reality that it costs a lot more money to cover more people and illness. FREE medicare for all ::) ::) ::)
4. I'm strongly pro CHOICE and support a woman's right to get an abortion. Period. Thanks for clarifying that you support murder and infanticide. Why should taxpayers fund that shit?
5. I'm a strong supporter of the 2nd amendment and NOT with liberals on most gun issues. A lucid moment of sanity.
6. I'm very concerned about climate change and disagree with Trump's roll back of key environmental /pollution regs.
Trump and the conservatives make me cringe when they disagree with basic, proven climate science. The climate has been changing since the stone age. The earth's climate has always warmed and cooled, and the 20th century rise in global temperature is within the bounds of natural temperature fluctuations over the past 3,000 years.
7. To me, Ronald Reagan was one of the greatest President's when it came to foreign policy.
I think Trump sounds like some immature buffoon on the world stage. Although his actions have repeatedly proven effective.
I want a strong , mature, principled leader as our commander in chief.
Ok, I answered each topic and don't agree totally with either side overall.
Knowing my views , who do you think I should vote for AND WHY? Certainly NOT any of the socialists on the current stage unless you're in favor of how current blue states are run ::) (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/9/96/116th_United_States_Congress_Senators.svg/500px-116th_United_States_Congress_Senators.svg.png) >>> (https://www.toonpool.com/user/21564/files/socialism_in_practice_2751055.jpg) (http://www.theeditorialcartoons.com/properties/benson/art_images/cg4beaa3b4dfce0.jpg)

If we're going to debate a scientific issue we need to debate the science used to form our conclusions.
At the risk of sounding like a pompous ass, your posts seem very thin on scientific knowledge and big on internet conspiracy nonsense.
I don't mean to be rude, but your kind of argument would be laughed at in a serious scientific meeting on climatology and atmospheric physics.
I've done my best to provide a clear, concise explanation for some of the proof of climate change in past posts.
NOBODY even tried to refuse the facts or methods of analysis provided.
Suffice to say, this is a scientific topic, NOT a political one.
Standard earth cycle turned political by Al Gore. Nothing to see here.

This isn't an internet conspiracy but easily seen by reading books from decades past. Ayn Rand completely destroys their arguments in several books one being Return of the Primitive:The Anti-Industrial Revolution
You are old enough to remember acid rain and probably global cooling. You believe everything scientists say is infallible just as Catholics believed the Pope was infallible in the middle ages. Why do you think the solution is always the same big government intervention? Why do the models project a hundred years down the road when they can't decide what the weather will be next week? Has Earth's climate not always changed? Why not build better air conditioners? The questions go on and on.

This is yet another MAJOR reason I no longer believe in God. No rational creator would allow this shit. You've got some believers saying dumb shit like "It's all a part of God's plan, who are we to question God?"...And then there's Wiggs and his racist ugly fucklings with "DEF2YT!!!!" His father must be so proud.
Any sentient, all knowing creator would flatten all liberal shits. Sodom and Gomorrah don't compare to the crap that infests the world today.

They already tried giving blacks better chances at home ownership with subprime mortgages a decade ago. That did not end well.

Didn’t these communist gayfat idiots blame W for this ?

Huh? Are you referring to these cycles that occur over 1000's of years?
http://ossfoundation.us/projects/environment/global-warming/natural-cycle
So you refute the increase in global CO2 levels measurements from 0.2 to 0.4 % over the past 120 years?
Or
Do you disagree with the linear regression correlation between CO2 increase vs temp increase for the past 120 yrs?
I'm seriously convinced very few on here really understand the actual physical science or analysis of how global warming data is formed.
Very good points Howard
Only that 120yrs is a Long Time for us Humans
Yet a blink of an eye compared to how long the earth has been here.
Clearly it would be silly to totally dismiss what impact we have had are having
Only you can rest assured it’s nothing compared to what Nature can do
And has done.
Remove the element of having to tax people & the argument would be likely
Listened to more favourably.

Timing...she's going to be the candidate because she knows it's about vote buying for the left. Dems are selling out the black voter block hard in exchange for illegal aliens though.

* Great thoughtful reply, so I'll give a serious answer. ;)
FYI, for the past 9,900 yrs the % of CO2 was around 0.2 %.
For the past 120 years it jumped to double for the first time in 10,000 years.
With that we see a global temp increase of 2 deg C , (bigger at the poles)
Pretty clear cause and effect 'eh.
The science is clear on the data dealing with climate change and manmade CO2 gas and methane.
The politics comes in when we decide how to deal with it.
FYI, my job right after school was working as an R&D tech for Ashland Oil company.
I know firsthand, the propaganda the fossil fuel industry does for PR reasons. :D
Again good points Howard.
Though as you state what effect is From The Amount of Methane gas
And or Fossil fuels being burnt.
Have the Efects if Any of all the bombs & exploding devices been taken into account.
I can well imagine the lengths that big businesses go to in regards PR & Propaganda
It’s everywhere.
Look at the Bollocks surrounding Electric Vehicles- Over The course of their life from
Manufacturing to recycling they are Less Environmently Good Than your average
Piston engined fuel car - Yet they are Portrayed as the 2nd Comimg of Jesus
The saviour to all our problems.

This may come as a Big Shock to You Only
This World has Seen & Suffered some Terrible Temp Changes
And Who knows What Else over the course of Millions of years
Don’t Worry Yourself so Much as it’s Highly
Likely it Will Be Here & Continuing Long After You & I Have Departed
Nature will adapt & overcome that’s for sure.
-
I won't reply to your post ( it's pointless) . Obviously you have a right to hold your own beliefs.
Beliefs ::) Facts.
Reply or Not it’s The Truth you know it & cant deny it.
How or what continues on this planet is irrelevant to the plant
And Nature.
Are you going to Deny the earth hasn’t seen many changes in it’s time.

Ok, I guess this current massive ice melt is "fake news"? ;)
https://www.yahoo.com/news/glacier-size-florida-becoming-unstable-230515560.html
Here's some pics I stole off an earth observation site, one that just observes and doesn't make conclusions.
A little quote that went with it...
The average extent for June 2019 of 10.53 million square kilometers (4.07 million square miles) ended up as the second lowest in the satellite record. The current record low of 10.41 million square kilometers (4.02 million square miles) was set in June 2016. Overall, sea ice extent during June 2019 decreased by 2.03 million square kilometers (784,00 square miles). Because of the fairly slow loss rate near the middle of the month, the overall loss rate for June ended up being fairly close to the 1981 to 2010 average. The linear rate of sea ice decline for June from 1979 to 2019 is 48,000 square kilometers (19,00 square miles) per year, or 4.08 percent per decade relative to the 1981 to 2010 average.
-
Ok, you win. Congratulations. ;)
Not trying to "win", you dipshit. Simply pointing out that even scientists can't agree on global warming climate change. ::)

Let those that profess to believe in global warming, give up all their modern conveniences and creature comforts and go live off the barren land by the sweat of their brow in a turd world country.
*crickets*
Yeah...Thought so. Just like Hollyweirdos claiming that if Trump won, they would leave the greatest Nation on Earth.

No it's not, you brainwashed liberal moron.
Just because fox news or news max will trot out an imbecile who happens to be a scientist and shits on global warming doesn't change the fact that there is an overwhelming consensus in the scientific community as to not only the existence of global warming but that it is also man made. I'm assuming that you don't know what consensus means.

The Death Of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Pushed Me To Join The Satanic Temple
Huffington Post ^
Posted on 9/24/2020, 1:14:26 PM by TigerClaws
I am a 40-something attorney and mother who lives in a quiet neighborhood with a yard and a garage full of scooters and soccer balls. I often walk with my children to get ice cream and spend weekends hiking through a national park. I am not the type of person who would normally consider becoming a Satanist, but these are not normal times.
Like so many other women in the United States, when I learned of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s passing, my first reaction was not grief but fear. I fear that American citizens are inching closer to living in a theocracy or dictatorship and that the checks meant to prevent this from happening are close to eroding beyond repair.
When Justice Ginsburg died, I knew immediately that action was needed on a scale we have not seen before. Our democracy has become so fragile that the loss of one of the last guardians of common sense and decency in government less than two months before a pivotal election has put our civil and reproductive rights in danger like never before. And, so, I have turned to Satanism.
Members of the Satanic Temple do not believe in the supernatural or superstition. In the same way that some Unitarians and some Jews do not believe in God, Satanic Temple members do not worship Satan and most are atheists. They are not affiliated in any way with the Church of Satan. Instead, the Satanic Temple uses the devil as a symbol of rebellion.
Just like other faiths, the Satanic Temple has a code that their members believe in deeply and use to guide their lives. These Seven Fundamental Tenets include that “one should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason,” that “the struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions,” and that “one’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.”
Reading through the Seven Tenets, I was struck by how closely they aligned with the unwritten code I had used to try to guide my own life for several years. I realized, happily, that these were my people and that I had been a Satanist for several years without even knowing it. When Justice Ginsburg’s death suddenly made combating the threats to reproductive rights and a government free from religious interference more urgent, I knew it was time to join them and support their conceptual and legal battles.
Even before Ginsburg’s death, the Supreme Court was unwilling to provide adequate protection for a woman’s right to choose and to control her body. The court was unwilling to keep church and state separate. Now, without her voice of reason on the court ― let alone her vote ― Roe v. Wade is in imminent danger of being overturned not based on legal arguments or scientific reasoning, but because of religious objections to what is a safe and necessary procedure for the women who seek it out after discussion with their physician. Ginsburg’s replacement is all but certain to be vehemently anti-choice, with one of the top contenders belonging to a sect that actually used the term “handmaid” to refer to some women until the popularity of the TV series “The Handmaid’s Tale” gave the term negative connotations.

This is a measure of global atmospheric CO2 % vs temp that with 400% different levels then the previous 9900 years
It's called a linear regression line with near perfect fit that's verified by it's correlation coefficient .
This data was obtained by ice cores going back 10,000 years.
The % of oxygen isotopes for each century ae used to collect temperatures for each time frame.
O2 is only 1 isotope and others like O3 are more/less common depending on the temp.
Ok, so what specific aspect of this data or analysis do you dispute?

It's time to post Howard's residential address too !. ;)

So, a former Repub is going to vote Democrat because the Democrats' Obamacare sucks for him?
Simple logic.
Can't a Navy veteran go to the VA for medical?

Not unless the illness is directly related to your service.

Really? Ok, it's only 97% but then again , what would NASA know about science. ::)

Not true. My dad is a Vietnam vet and he gets full VA benefits. Retired vets get full benefits and every active duty vet gets some level of benefits.

Yup, you're 100% correct on that.
Retired , disabled or active duty military get VA health care. Not just anyone who served gets VA health care
Just being a vet however, doesn't get you much at a VA hospital.
For example, when I got discharged ( hon) , I was given a complete medical and dental exam and review.
Then, I had to sign a few forms that included me NOT needing any medical care at the time of discharge from active duty.
