Ive posted about this years ago: his meal prep service was legit. the service was amazing (always on time, the consistency in the meals) the price was decent, plus they were bodybuilding calorie dense  too.  when I was bulking I ordered 21 meals per week (3 per day) the 2 meals i had were eggs/oats and a shake.

if your goal is gain size/beef up. meal prep services are the way to go. you are forced to eat big

No specific cause of death was found because the hospital discarded his "specimens" or blood samples.

He was in a coma so most of the other findings were related to that.
