anyone else notice his cars were always in the shop. constant check engine light haha  ;D always broken down cars


Ive posted about this years ago: his meal prep service was legit. the service was amazing (always on time, the consistency in the meals) the price was decent, plus they were bodybuilding calorie dense  too.  when I was bulking I ordered 21 meals per week (3 per day) the 2 meals i had were eggs/oats and a shake.

if your goal is gain size/beef up. meal prep services are the way to go. you are forced to eat big

piano man was a great character. shame he wasn't 15-20 years younger as he would have given much more amazing entertainment on social media during his prime years.

I've been watching his vids alot lately, and I believe he's right on the money, lots of high rep sets, stretch and squeeze, instead of beating up your body with low reps heavy weights
