No specific cause of death was found because the hospital discarded his "specimens" or blood samples.

He was in a coma so most of the other findings were related to that.

In the one recording he's arguing about Sara being addicted to meth. I wouldn't doubt if he wasn't using fentanyl and meth at the same time when he died. It's unlikely that he was addicted to one and totally not using the other drug that his wife was addicted too.
