Rope pressdowns
Yes, yes, I know, it may be too many exercises, but I am in love with the way the iron feels in my hands!!

2 sets of incline dumbbell curls
2 sets standing dB curls
2 sets of barbell curls
2 sets of preacher dB curls
2 sets of hammer curls up and down 30-80 up and down by 10s.
Triceps
2 sets of push downs
2 sets reverse grip push downs
2 sets weighted dips dropping to body weight dips each set
2 sets of dB skull crushers
2 triple drop sets of NG benches.
Supersetting bis And tris until finished.

Yeah 2 sets with weight to failure then drop right to body weight to failure.I take every set including warm ups to failure.Just something I’ve always done,my first few sets are 75-100 reps.

3-4 sets. 8-20 rep range.
